Importance of Rest

How important is resting? Personally, I practice PE 7 days a week.would I have better success implementing a bit of rest in there? What are your thoughts on this?

Yes, Just have one day of rest if you have a light program, but if it’s harder or your a newbie you should go 3 on 1 off at least.

Only way to find out is to expierment. ;) Personally I have tried many things and I believe I’m going to take a few rest days every week. The good old 5 on 2 off schedule. How much rest you need I think you need to figure out for yourself ultimatelly. People can help, but you are your own best judge in the end…

I’ve heard amazing success stories of people PEing non-stop for 2-3 weeks and then just taking a week off. But like everyone above said it varies from person to person. The key is to be able to build up as much stress as possible on the penis before resting WITHOUT injuring yourself.

My story has been that i gained for the first two months.. half an inch and after that it is all tough love trying to find the sweet spot…I still did not find it..

The rest is when the penis “repairs” itself. The excersizes are the “damage” if you like.

As a newbie who hasn’t started yet (but will tonight) I think including rest in the schedule is important because my dick is not used to the kind of treatment it is about to get and for the skin to recover and heal that rest will be essential. I will be able to give more informed input when I am more experienced, but for now this is all I can tell you.

I learned that my dick didn’t like the 6 on and 1 off routine after a couple of weeks so now I am doing 2 on 1 off and I’m on my sixth week of PE.

I’ll reiterate what theskyisthelimit said above about doing as much as you can without hurting yourself. I think it varies from person to person. From my own personal experience more regular days off have allowed me to work better when I am PEing because my dick doesn’t feel so worn out.
