Where should the stretching be focused on?

Running a Massive Co-Front.

Considerable gains are often reached by stretching the ligs (downward). But check into the LOT theory. If your LOT is low, you may want to focus on the tunica (stretching upward). But as westla said, it’s a good idea to stretch all ways. Newbies shouldn’t worry so much about LOT for a few reasons. Firstly, it can be discouraging. Secondly, it can be inaccurate. Just stretch it all! You’ll get gains. :)
