Another Beginner Gains Testimonial
I’m a relatively new devotee to PE. I thought this might be a good time to share my experience with the others since it appears to me by now that it all isn’t a bunch of hooey.
Just a quick history…
I started PE in Feb. of 1998 when I bought my pump. I was 40 then and sick and tired of having a small dick, so I was ready to try about anything. I had no idea how to properly use it so I stumbled through it alone, got alot of blisters and racked up a $500 medical bill from developing serious complications (search the Pumpers forum for “Injury Caution” for details).
I continued pumping off and on for 4 years after that before coming across this forum. I think I can say that I probably gained 1/4 inch in erect girth in that time, but zero length.
Frustrated with these poor results I decided to try the techniques I’ve learned from reading these postings. That was about this past March.
I think I have to qualify myself as a slow gainer. I saw no verifiable gains until this July. It appeared then that I had put on an extra 1/4 inch in erect length and maybe a little bit of girth. I was hopefully encouraged by this and decided to intensify my routine and try to make another 1/4 inch by the end of August. That would put me at a respectable average 6”.
I did my last workout last night Aug 31. and measured this afternoon Sept.1 , and seem to have achieved that goal. Maybe, not sure, depending how you measure it. I’m trying to be as conservative as possible with the ruler in order not to fool myself, but it looks that way. I’m still having trouble convincing myself there is a difference.
What this means to me is that I should continue the workouts, but possibly with more intensity, since I’m still not pushing real hard. I’m trying to be safe.
What this means to others considering trying PE is that it works, but have no illlusions, it will take a lot of hard work, time, and dedication. Pretty much the same as body-building. I don’t like going to the gym, and I certainly don’t like yanking on my dick for an hour every night, but dammit! if I can have a bigger dick I want one!
My routine - certainly not a model for anyone, but open for comments and suggestions.
5-10 min hot wrap for warmup.
2 10-15 min hanging sets with about 10-12 lbs. while I fix breakfast.
15-20 mins. pumping while I eat . I use a 1.75” diameter tube, and pack it by the end of the session for maximum stretch.
After shower I run hot water from the bathtub spigot over my penis to loosen it up and do stretches under the warm stream for a few minutes.
Last I apply a traction wrap on my floppy noodle dick to keep it extended.
I think traction wrapping is key to flaccid gains. I’m definately hanging longer and heavier. I’m going to try to wear a traction wrap as often as possible - day and night - even on off days.
10 min. hot wrap
10-15 min. manual stretching.
200 wet jelqs
Time permitting I will do 100 jelqs then pump 15 min. then complete the rest of the jelqs.
some squeezes and uli’s in between.

When I lay down to sleep I apply a light weight over the edge of the bed and hang while I sleep. Its not tight or heavy enough to constrict blood flow, but I usually take it off after an hour, or wake up at some point and take it off.
I do this 3-4 days on and 2 days off. It may seem like alot, but my dick never gets too sore, and I mix it up alot.

I’m going to take 5 days off to recoop after 2 1/2 months of continuous workout. We will see if there is a difference then.
