Beginner

I want to get started, and try hanging. I have limited resources, pretty much just what is around the house. Any tips on very simple hangers, and how to properly hang. Information greatly appreciated.

Go here and scroll down to the hanging section. There are links to instructions how to make a homemade Bib or AFB. Both are easy to make and don’t cost much in parts.

The best way to learn about hanging is to read. Read everything. The Hanging 101 thread at the top of the Hanger’s Forum is a good place to start. Set the forum to show posts from the beginning (pull-down box in the purple bar at the bottom), and start reading threads. You’ll pick up all kinds of useful info and tips this way.
