Today’s stretching was much better, while the jelq was done correctly, unlike yesterday. I think that wet jelqing suits me more.

I tried the rice sock, AND IT ROCKS!

My kegels are still not perfect. The contraction feels just like a “pulse”.I can’t seem to hold it for 5 seconds. In addition to that, I’m contracting all my body when I do kegels, and this is giving me a little headache and pain in the stomach.ouch!

You don’t need to hold kegels for 5 minutes. Try 2-5 sec for start :)
