I guess so. I didn’t do my kegel homework either. I just usually kegel sometimes when I’m hanging weights from my penis.

Hi all! I am new to the forum, about 5 days now.I searched the forum a little bit and saw some more than helpful posts.First, let me thank you all for the help and the good will.I know that maybe my post is kinda stupid, but as I said before, I am new
To this forum and to PE in general.Started PE 1 week ago, so this is my second week.I have something to say, I hope someone has the time to listen (read).

So, with that in mind, let me introduce you to my PE routine.Any advice is welcome.

1.warm-up ( a very good one, no rush there )
2.stretching-5 sets;10min
One stretching set:
A.upwards+30kegels
B.right+30kegels
C.downwards+30kegels
D.left+30kegels
30kegels x 4 = 2min x 5sets=10min
3.jelq 10 min
About 2 sec/jelq
4.I grab the base of the penis in a very tight OK grip, do 30kegels, then I grab before the head of the penis in a very
Tight Ok grip and release the base and do again 30 kegels; this is 1 set; I do about 2-3 sets;
5.sometimes I do about 2 sets like this: grab the base in a OK grip, tight grip of course, if I still can do 30 kegels, if not,
Hold that grip for 30 sec; I do this step about 1 out of 2 days of; so I do it 2 times per week.Usually Tuesday and Friday.
6.in the end I do 1 more stretching set, this time in front, not up, down, right or left
7.warm-down ( same as warm up )

Stretching flaccid. Jelqing 40-60% erect
Wednesday and Sunday rest; in this 2 days I do 200 kegels per day; 100rep/set, 1kegel/sec; 1min rest between sets
I use baby oil that has aloe
Every 1kegel in any exercise=1sec

Questions

1.Is it not best to jelq between 1-1.5sec or even 2jelq/sec instead of 2-4 sec per jelq?The faster you jelq the more blood
You should pump into the penis.
2.I jelq better if the penis is near a 180 degree (up).Is that a problem, must it be parallel to the floor ?
3.I also take Vimax, dunno if it help or not.Any thoughts on that aspect?
4.When you work out at the gym, you don;t come home and start doing push-ups.You rest for the next day.So, the question is, how
Does sex/masturbation affect the rest period?I mean if you have sex before doing PE, you can;t do them proper after.So if you
Have sex after you do PE, instead of resting..
5.Is there any chance that PE can fail?I mean maybe jelqing, but stretching?
6.When you measure your penis the ruler should be pressed against you pubic bone?I don;t know if that;s the name.I mean
If you are a little ( or more,depends from one person to another ) overweight, then you have some extra “?” down there.That means you lose in measurement.
7.I saw some abbreviations ( had to search the spelling for this one :D ).something like LB BC BC(dunno know for sure); could anyone tell me what that means

Took a day of rest, and continued today:

Warming was is superb

Stretching is mastered

Jelqing is much better. Still I have to maintain my mild erection for longer times, as I had to take at least 6 breaks during the exercise! I might master the exercise in a month or so :)

I can hold my BC contraction longer now. Still, I can’t achieve that 5 seconds thing X-(

I’m more relaxed when I’m doing my kegels

Can’t wait for tomorrow’s exercise :D

Yes.

Yesterday I had very satisfactory exercise:
Warming from now on will always be good
Stretches are almost mastered
Jelqes for the first time felt kinda “satisfactory”. I stopped only 4 times during the exercise. I hope that I can completely master the exercise by the end of the month :)
Kegels are getting better. Still need more time to get to the “5 second contraction” goal.

End of week target: +3inch length, +1.5inch girth XD

I’ve measured my unit today witha 100% EQ as I was having sex, it was: EL: 7.12 - EG: 5.86 XD

I had to so having sex just to take measurements

That really pissed my girl off :P

LOL, I don’t think I’ve heard of anyone measuring like that before.

It does bring your starting measurements into question though. Either that or you’re having very rapid PE growth. Try measuring again when you’re not having sex and see. I’m not negating your gains, just that it would be instructional to see if there is a difference in measurements between during-sex EQ and regular EQ.

When having sex is like working out at the gym. Your muscles are buffed even more than when you are doing push ups ( push ups being the jerking equivalent ) or just hanging around.the EQ is at your best.try not having sex for about 1 week, get a little excited over the week and have sex that weekend, then you will see a hulk-of-a-penis.I did that myself and I felt like Superman.I did not measure it, but I did spend a lot of time looking at my penis instead of my girlfriend.let me tell you right now, that day, did not end up well for me.but did not care, I was too happy to care :) ))

I did keep that point in my mind, that’s why I’m considering that measurement the new base for growth ;)
Anyways, even though I do have a target, I don’t really care about it as I’m planning to continue with my exercises for at least 2 years regardless of the results :D

Had a day of rest, and now I’m motivated more than before to exercise due to two reasons:

1- My girlfriend is so supportive. I can exercise even when she’s with me without complaints from her. In fact, she likes my exercise coz she’s SOOOOOO into sex and she can feel the results already XD

2- I’ve been having these very hard erections that I’ve never had before. I mean, my dick is standing up instead of erecting to the front for the first time in my life!

3- My fucking Albolene is still not here yet X-( I’m tired of the messy sex lotion
