I’ve just finished a month, and, oh boy! What a nice journey it was!

Now my jelqs feel more “fun” to do. I’m doing around 300 of them without feeling bored or tired!

The stretches will be confined to 10minutes until I finish my 3rd month.

I’m doing 80 Kegels now, and I think that this is the single most important exercise I’m doing!

Now I can say that my girl is so so addicted to me, even without experiencing the near future results :D

I don’t know if it is a good thing or a bad thing … but i found that my hand strength has increased faster than ny dick’s ability to withstand sustained stretches.

When I first started, my hand strength was a limiting factor … i couldn’t make it much past a 20 count with out an ache in my hand.
After about 2 months, that was no longer an issue and now i can stretch for 45 count without any discomfort in my hands.


Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG

In order to have better stretches, I’ve been having 30 second breaks after each two stretches. This has been giving me much better stretches

I couldn’t get a chance to measure for a long time, but..

I’ve been hitting my girl’s cervix much more frequently than before!
