Hi guys,

I am new here I haven’t done any PE yet and I was wondering if jelqing really helps with increasing length. I am 4.5 inches long non bone pressed and a mid shaft girth of 5.8 and base girth of 6 inches and I am 2.25 inches wide. Will I really be able to increase length? Is all of this PE really legit?

Jelqing is primary considered a girth routine but at a lower erection and in combination with stretching it will increase your length. This is no one week quick fix, it’ll take time and dedication.

This PE is legit but it is not easy. You’ll need to be consistent for some months to start seeing gains, but most of people do get gains over time.

Your penis is under average for lenght but is very thick, which counts the most for many women. Start from the newbie routine and see how that works for you. It could be a good idea to start a progress report so other members can give you advices and encouragement; if you can take pictures with a rulers, even better.

You say 4.5” non-bone pressed. Do you have a thick fat pad/are you much overweight? Many guys have an inch of fat pad, and 5.5” bone pressed isn’t far off average length. Having very substantial girth, as you do, will make it look short though.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I figured it would take awhile but I just don’t want to waste time on something that won’t really work. No I don’t have a thick fat pad, I am actually pretty fit and healthy. I would love to just be average sized just gain an inch. I’m not sure about my girth though

It works, I haven’t gained much yet but I haven’t been very consistent. If you read a lot of posts here you will see that many have gained length from simply stretching and jelqing. For some it’s been easy gains and for some it has taken a while.

My initial gains were from stretching and jelqing.

Start working slowly with your newbie routine and with some time u’ll notice how amazing PE is.

I’d say you’re lucky. You have a thick penis, your girth is great, not humongous but a big girth. It’s about my girth goal.. And in my opinion you’re lucky because I find it’s MUCH easier for me to get length than girth (and by reading I guess it’s like this for most of us).

Try the newbie routine for 3 months and if you gain from that continue with it. If not try another stretch and jelq or hanging routine.

That’s all your ever need to do for PE. You can use gadgets like pumps, extenders, and clamps later on but those should just be additions to a solid hands on manual routine.

For right now take your time learning how to stretch and jelq properly, put in 1-3 years of dedicated work, never ever ever jump from program to program or start carelessly throwing in flavor of the month exercises, and don’t rely on supplements or wacky erection potions and drugs to force yourself to get it up when you’re overworking yourself.

And when in doubt LESS IS MORE. You don’t grow from PE, you grow from proper amounts of sleep and recovery. You could PE every single day for months and months and only end up hurting yourself, or you could keep it down to 2-3 days a week, work your penis hard and rest even harder, and have something to show for it without ever needing lengthy periods off to recover from a stupid injury.
