I need advice
First of all, my English is not that good so I hope you will understand me. I started PE 3 months ago, but only random stretching and random jelqing. I really didn’t believe in PE until I noticed my penis is a bit harder and larger. I measured it and at my surprise I gained 3mm in length and I and was feeling hornier that before. Also I started to get random erections and I had stronger and longer erections.
Then I started to read this forum and started to practice. After 1 month I gained 5mm more and maybe few mm in girth. I was so excited, and I just continued. I was at newbie routine. I had morning wood even if I jerked my penis 3-4 times per day, and it was really nice. I had multiple random erections and felt really powerful. Then I increased my PE to 15min (20-30sec) of stretching and 20min (3sec strokes) of jelqing.and kegels (5sec on 2-3 off) for 10min. I was on 2 days on and 1 day off, but after few days everything just stopped. I heard about overdoing and gave my friend few days off..
Then I started 1 day on and 1 day off. Any way I was doing this increased PE for 3 weeks or more and I measured and there was no gain.. :/ I lost my random erections and morning wood and my hardness. I even lost my hardness during sex and it was awful. I can get my full erection but I can’t hold it for long. I am on break from PE almost a week, and things are getting better, but really slow..I don’t know what happened, did I over done my penis, or what.:wtf:
I should mention that I practiced German stretching in my last week of PE. It is a combination of regular stretching with hard kegels. So I need advices, If any of you have some.I’m really depressed about this.. Thank you!
