I need advice

First of all, my English is not that good so I hope you will understand me. I started PE 3 months ago, but only random stretching and random jelqing. I really didn’t believe in PE until I noticed my penis is a bit harder and larger. I measured it and at my surprise I gained 3mm in length and I and was feeling hornier that before. Also I started to get random erections and I had stronger and longer erections.

Then I started to read this forum and started to practice. After 1 month I gained 5mm more and maybe few mm in girth. I was so excited, and I just continued. I was at newbie routine. I had morning wood even if I jerked my penis 3-4 times per day, and it was really nice. I had multiple random erections and felt really powerful. Then I increased my PE to 15min (20-30sec) of stretching and 20min (3sec strokes) of jelqing.and kegels (5sec on 2-3 off) for 10min. I was on 2 days on and 1 day off, but after few days everything just stopped. I heard about overdoing and gave my friend few days off..

Then I started 1 day on and 1 day off. Any way I was doing this increased PE for 3 weeks or more and I measured and there was no gain.. :/ I lost my random erections and morning wood and my hardness. I even lost my hardness during sex and it was awful. I can get my full erection but I can’t hold it for long. I am on break from PE almost a week, and things are getting better, but really slow..I don’t know what happened, did I over done my penis, or what.:wtf:

I should mention that I practiced German stretching in my last week of PE. It is a combination of regular stretching with hard kegels. So I need advices, If any of you have some.I’m really depressed about this.. Thank you!

Just stick to the newbie routine and don’t add any other exercises to it. That is why we call it the newbie routine. I have seen another routine called the modified newbie routine, but the newbie routine has been proven to work, my cock is proof. You need to get conditioned and be consistent. If you start the more advanced exercises to soon, you may reach a plateau where your gains will stop. Take a couple of weeks off. during this time off create a mind set for yourself that you are going to be consistent with the exercises and that you are going to believe in what you are doing is going to work, but you will also make sure you don’t over do it, then start the newbie routine. Do the routine for about 3 months, I bet you will see some quick gains as many members here have experienced. PE is so easy and simple and I don’t mean to be a smart ass, because gains are easy if you take the right approach and like I mentioned, you have to have the right mind set and consistency is the key. Hope this helps.

Thank you for reply! I will rest 2 more weeks and then start from beginning. Meanwhile I will focus on reading and trying to get to know more about PE. Consistency was never a problem.but it appears I increased PE too soon to much.. I will report my experience here every few weeks so I don’t get off track again. Hi there well i have the same problem as you, i think i overtrained and lost the wood and etc as u told. What is your routie? I will start with it again..

Some of “overdoing” it is mental, as erections wont occur if your thinking about it.

Kungen, Please read the Forum Guidelines. We don’t use chat talk here. It is ‘you’ not ‘u’ It is also ‘I’ not ‘i’. We have a lot of members that English is not their first language, so, we all must abide by the Guidelines. We also have a spell check button at right hand bottom of the screen.

Don’t increase your routine if you are gaining; even if it seems like you are not doing very much PE. After taking a few weeks off go back to what you were doing before you had problems. Go back to what ever it was you were doing that was making it bigger. As long as doing that keeps making it bigger don’t change a thing!

Or you might want to try NEW newbie + advanced routine for a less is better approach to PE.

Yeah, it seemed a lot to me that I’m not doing very much.. I even started doing jelqing with 90% or 100% erection.. I had no progress and no problems for this few weeks, mentioned before in text, but all changed in few days and I lost a lot of things like morning wood, random erections, long (duration) 100% erections.. And all of this left some sort of psychological scar, at least I think so. Because I lost a lot of my libido, but I believe it is coming back.. Can this be truth? I play 2-3 times with my little friend per day.but I don’t have that real need for masturbation as I always had. Hope everything will come back as it was and I hope it will be soon!

Really? I started doing this on my own, like it was my invention and then I read about it in some PDF PE that I found on web. They call this stretching + kegeling a German stretching. Did any one else tried this or had similar experiences?

I did do it but it kept getting me too hard to stretch.

After all this time, I still need nothing more than the newbie routine (albeit in a little bigger quatities!)

I agree with the sentiment that why change something that is working well.

Stick to newbie routine I still doing it until now, don’t think to go way up, just check what suite you and until now, you can only do newbie and gains will come with time we all gained, you will 2 just be patient nothing comes in one night good luck and about your gains maybe it was swelling maybe keep going
