I need advice from a pro. Please read my situation.
So, it’s been 2 months into the newbie forum and I’ve gained perhaps .3 inches. Surprisingly, no girth gains. Using Bib’s LOT theory, I have focued my stretching on the downrad direction, and I basically ignore side stretches. Through steady increments in duration of PE, I have increased up to 30 minutes of jelqing, which is very difficult on my grip despite being a very strong weightlifter. First question is- What can I do to shorten the length of my sessions by increasing the intensity and lowering the volume of training? This is just taking too much time out of my day.
Additionally, I am getting circumcised soon, and I need to know how that will affect my PE. I know I’ll have to stop cause of the pain for a few weeks, so is there something I should do to cement my gains?
