So, it’s been 2 months into the newbie forum and I’ve gained perhaps .3 inches. Surprisingly, no girth gains. Using Bib’s LOT theory, I have focued my stretching on the downrad direction, and I basically ignore side stretches. Through steady increments in duration of PE, I have increased up to 30 minutes of jelqing, which is very difficult on my grip despite being a very strong weightlifter. First question is- What can I do to shorten the length of my sessions by increasing the intensity and lowering the volume of training? This is just taking too much time out of my day.

Additionally, I am getting circumcised soon, and I need to know how that will affect my PE. I know I’ll have to stop cause of the pain for a few weeks, so is there something I should do to cement my gains?

Lot theory is a theory, don’t put to much value to it. You can shorten the length of your session by multitasking, for instance doing PE while watching your favorite TV show. You can also shorten the length of your session by doing other (advanced) exercises. Because you are aiming for girth, Ulis and horses come in mind. I did 10 each, cost me about 5 minutes to do them both.

I would advise you to not get circumcised before you reach your final goal. Getting circumcised can make months of PE useless.

I don’t get it. Why would getting circumsized do that?

Circumcision is cutting a part of the dick off. PE is putting stress on the dick which gives an increase chance of injury. Getting circumcised is increasing that risk many times. To let that heal and return that risk to normal takes months. Ask a bodybuilder who had an arm injury, he can’t train that arm for months. It is the same with cutting your dick, you can’t PE for months. I don’t get why someone wants to be circumcised and I wonder why you want to.

If your dick smells just pull the foreskin back and keep it like that, my dad told me to do that when I was young, I never problems with a stinky dick or buildups of any sort

Hey Xerp, how you doin? :) My thoughts:

As Bird said, don’t put too much weight on a theory. After a year of PE and good gains, I have yet to seriously ponder my LOT. It’s best to flow with how you feel. For example, if you’re struggling to get thirty minutes (!) of jelqing in, why not do the obvious and cut it down?

This is no cause for concern, as less, in my PE experience, is more. Therefore, the answer to your first question would be: cut down on jelqing. To increase intensity while lowering the ‘volume’ I would advise ‘intensified’ warm-ups - before stretching and before jelqing.

As for the paradoxical human cultural convention of circumcision, I strongly recommend you revaluate your decision. Before committing a life-long deformation of the body, I would advise careful scrutiny of the history and principally the anthroponomical (?) consequences - of which less smell and cleanliness, I assure you, are the only good, but by far not the only…

Besides, keeping your dick clean and smelling kosher shouldn’t be too much hard work, considering we have running, hot, water nowadays. :)

i understand what you are saying about circumcision beasty, but i have taken years to think about this.

I believe that after PE ( i plan to do this for Years) my foreskin will keep growing and growing until it becomes excessive. So i want to do something about it now. I really do not care much about some sensitivity loss, I am patient when it comes to sex, and my orgasms now are definitely not what they were when i started masturbating at 14 anyway. This aspect of sex is not really my concern. I can keep my dick clean, i shower once or twice a day now, but still it just feels shitty after urinating, or if i get home from class, and want to masturbate, the smell is just agitating and sometimes im like whatever, il shower first.

I live in america, although i will not be living here for the rest of my life, i still do not want to have this type of penis. If i was born and raised in europe, I probably would not get circumcized. But I also am taking into account the movement of the foreskin as a result of PE, so thats just another reason i want this done.

PE is a marathon…not a sprint.

Figure to put in a year…MINMUM! Most likely 2-3 years.

So if you figure to do this right, and are convinced you want circumcision….then PE for penile health for now, get your circumcision…give yourself time to heal properly…then start back slowly with gentle stretches and jelques and slowly build up as you see that you are not getting any bad indicators.

As far as now…I agree with Beasty, many times less is more.

I think you underestimate the power of being uncut in America. Because 90% is cut you really stand out of the masses. You probably can get more pussy because many girls want to have sex with an uncut cock at least once in their life.

Tape up the foreskin for at least a couple of weeks before you get the procedure done, to give yourself a “feel” for what it’ll be like. But as Bird said, if you do it now, then you might well consider yourself a re-newbie once you’ve healed up. You’d probably be better off not doing it now - from a PE point of view.

Exactly. When you get cut now you aren’t able to do do PE for months, approximately 6 months. When you get cut after reaching your PE goal you don’t have that problem. I find mgus suggestion of taping your foreskin a very good one, you can experience how it is to be cut while you can get back.
