Hello guys, good afternoon, I’m an old user of this forum, just a bit of a ghost hehehe, but I have a question that I can’t resolve, if anyone can help me:

- I want to incorporate a penis pump into my routine, and which would be better, those with a manual pump, or those electric models??

- I have been practicing jelq for at least 2 and a half years without interruption, I have had interesting gains (about 2.5cm in length and 1.5cm in thickness), my routine is 4 days on and 3 off), this is my routine:

- 7 and a half minutes of heating with a heated thermal bag.
- 7 and a half minutes of manual stretching.
- 15 minutes of jelquing (5 minutes conventional jelq, grip OK grip, 5 minutes overhanding grip ok, 3 minutes V jelquing, and 2 minutes using a technique that I have forgotten the name of now, which consists of holding the base in the shape of an ok, and before the glans in the shape of OK, giving a nice pump to the body of the penis)
- 7 and a half minutes of post-workout with a heated thermal bag.

- How can I incorporate the pump into my routine?? Is it interesting to use a day just for her, or can you put them together?

- Currently I’m just doing maintenance, I do the same routine described above, but the entire jelquing is dry-jelquing in maintenance, I’m doing it once a week just to maintain the gains (I’m in maintenance because I’m cutting, caloric deficit at the gym, to stay with a better muscular condition), is it silly to do maintenance now considering that I am eating less?? In my opinion, it’s the same as bodybuilding, now I wouldn’t be able to make any gains by consuming fewer calories.

Also I don’t think you can treat penis gains same as muscle gains, it’s not a muscle that you’re working on but , effectively, an organ. Specifically tissue and blood flow.
And losing fat should actually increase your blood flow quality.

Use a tube of the proper size. Pump when you have the opportunity. Stop before you get noticeable edema. Back off some if you pump so much your EQ suffers, or if you show petechiae. Smile blandly at the haters who say pumping isn’t "real" PE.

Definitely get a pump with a separate cylinder. This set up is more flexible than the cylinder with the built-in electronic pump. You can either get a hand pump or an electric pump that is separate from the cylinder (LeLuv is one manufacturer of such a pump) depending on what you prefer. I have both and for some sessions I prefer the hand pump and others the electric one. But it is nice to be able to switch out cylinders depending on my training goals for the day.

You can pump for more length with a smaller diameter tube, or more for girth with a larger one, but most guys who gain with pumping get some degree of both.

I’ve made a habit of pumping just before bed. That way any excess subcutaneous edema resolves by morning, and my EQ and flaccid size are better all day.

Basically after Jelq, do water pumping 3 to 4 times a week for no more than 20 min a day. I don’t recommend the bathmate until you are cementing gains and you know how to pump properly.

After a few months doing that, try the 5 x 5 x 3 routine, I won’t explain it here, you need to go to MOS matters of size for that. I have been on it with a cylinder and gauge,

I recommend water pumping only, never over 10 Hg, and start using a RED/NIR light during the warm-up and stretches.

Since pumping gets you some amazing girth you may want to try a 2 or 3 day on and then rest. Going 4 days is tough with the 5 x 5 x 3. Plus you will have more girth during sex throughout the week.


Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.

Really, however, on the weekend, if you use a penis pump, would it interfere with sexual activities??

I spend the weekend with my girlfriend, then things get crazy heheheeheheh

Is it worth doing the Pump before warming up after finishing the PE session, or would it be something that would be too taxing? In other words, would it be done at the end of the PE session, or would different times be better, or before the session starts? That’s my question, I think it would be better without being on OFF days, which I would use to rest, and how long on average if I use it in the same session?? Regarding the haters, my piece will continue to grow while theirs is stagnant hhuasuhsahusahusa

These 3 to 4 days friends, could it be together with my PE session, or would it be separately??

Then, when I reach a gain that I am already satisfied with, would a maintenance session once a week be enough?

I have the LeLuv Magna Smart electric pump. I am a novice, but I bought the electric pump to enable me to increase and decrease the vacuum repeatedly. I thought a manual pump would be exhausting and possibly painful for my hand.

I have had my cylinder and pump for over a year, but I still don’t know how to use it best. Mostly I use it as a more precise way to track my progress through the maximum stretched length. The other ways of measuring the penis seem to vary so much that I can’t tell if there is any improvement. (I probably only gained 1/4 inch last year, and that gain is not very noticeable through most measures.)

Also, I’ve found that shea butter (as suggested by AndyJ) seems to be a good lubricant when you don’t take a shower immediately afterwards. The water-based Astro Glide lubricant that I had been using seemed to leave me feeling damp/slimy/sweaty afterwards and the shea butter merely leave me feeling a bit greasy (which is less unpleasant). Also shea butter is supposed to help the skin which can’t hurt.

I wouldn’t see that as being the case.
Pump a few hours before the action with ur GF would probably be perfect for the action.

Just before bed is what works for me since I usually do my other PE work earlier in the day. But it isn’t uncommon for me to do my workout near the end of the day and finish with a pumping component. My point is that for me I like to pump late in the day so I’m good for the next morning if there are any issues with accidentally overdoing it.

You have to find what lines up best with your schedule.

That’s right, once you get to your objectives, cruise control from there once or twice a week. But then at that time you might be older like I am, now I have to do minimum of 1 or 2 pumps for life for my EQ to be hard. Women wear makeup to go out for date night, I need 15-20 min to get that dick plump for her that night.
