Want to incorporate Horse440s.need opinions
I don’t exactly plan on doing these horse440s for a while since I am fairly new.I just signed up for this site recently, but I’ve been pe-ing for about 8 months now
And before anyone yells at me to use the search feature of the site, I already did.I read all the posts with Horse440 in them, so don’t freak out
I do about a 30 minute routine EVERY OTHER DAY.my opinion about PE is that “less is more” and I do like giving time for my dick to heal..
Now, to my question:
When should I do Horse440s?
A) do them after my stretching and jelqing and save them for the end?
B) do them before my stretching and jelqing?
C) do them in between by stretching and jelqing?
D) do them on my “off days” (since I only PE every other day)?
I know this may just be a matter of opinion, but I am a firm believer in structure.because without structure, I lack discipline.and without discipline I can’t do PE..
Please post either a, b, c or d (or if you have another opinion aside from these four, I would like to hear it)
