When To Incorporate New Things?

When To Incorporate New Things?

So I just started PE like a week ago. So far so good I am doing the newbie routine exactly except that I am stretching twice a day. I am doing 2 days on one day off. Will do the jelqing on the morning of day one then in the evening of day two to give it as much time to recover as possible. However I am wanting to know how long you would suggest I wait before adding something else like clamping or pumping or other manual exercises. I ask because having read about alot of peoples successes I see they have done it with mainly things other then the newbie routine. I really want girth even more then length right now so would like to add something more specific to that at a prudent time.

A secondary question I have about stretching is am I wrong in thinking I can be hurting any girth gains by stretching hard? I have to squeeze pretty hard to hold it when stretching hard and after it seems to hang lower but very thin. I am stretching twice a day because #1 it actually doesn’t feel too bad and secondly I feel like it will yield quick length gains. I need both big time but maybe shouldn’t get one at the expense of the other. Thank you

I would say you should stick with the Newbie Routine for a minimum of 2 weeks, but most people will do it for a month before adopting a new routine. It’s really all about conditioning your penis to be able to handle more physically taxing exercises, so if you feel that after a couple of weeks you can handle those more extreme exercises then go for it. Otherwise, I would keep going with the Newbie Routine.

I’ve gained pretty good by using the foundation of the Newbie routine and only upping the time and adapting to what I want. As long as you are gaining, don’t change things. Its when gains stop that you need to adapt. But not before. Everything take time. The only thing you get fast in PE is injured. So take it slow and be careful.

Picture thread- Some pictures for inspiration.

I started using a a pump this cycle. I started PE last December…so 11 months for me. I really thing that focusing on the ‘newbie routine’ does a few things.

1. Conditions your penis to being worked on.

2. Improves your penis general health and gives you gains!

3.(most important for PE!!) It teaches you exactly what kind of stress you need to give your cock to stimulate gains. You will be jelqing and realize the expansion a pump or a clamp can give you and it will drive you to pursue those devices and methods.

Give it time. There is plenty to gain and learn from manuals still.

Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Goal: 7.5" x 6" .......I want to win the dick swinging contest.

Also I advise against ‘putting in double time’ because you really need the gains. This is a looooong game. Think 2 years.
