How do you incorporate PE into daily life

Sadly, I’ve stopped PEing for about a month and a half now.partly because I was away on vacation for a month, but now I have no excuse to return.
No matter how much I try, it seems that I can’t really make it a habit, or integrate it into my daily schedule. I thought I would start this thread to get a sampling of how you fit PE into daily life.

Can’t wait to read some answers!

I just do it. I had some problems with consistency, but it’s not that hard.

Just do a routine, do something short and not so hard (like 5 min warp up, 5 min stretch, 10-15 min jelq, a la newbie routine). When you feel discouraged, just think about how fun it will be to have a big cock, or just come here, visit the forum, and get some encouragement from us.

Eventually PE will be part of your life, and after you see some gains you won’t even want to stop :) .

Get up in the morning, have your coffee, do a few sets of stretches while you are waking up.

Later in the day you are horny and want to masturbate. Masturbate a little while, then do some jelqing.

Pretty simple.

I’ve got a wife and two kids at home, so I have to be completely clandestine with my PE. I’m constantly looking for new ways to incorporate PE throughout my day. Here are some of the things I do:
1) Jelq in the shower. I like to get some stretches and jelqing in with my morning shower. (Use hot water) It’s my only time alone in the house.
2) Fowfer in the car. I like to Fowfer on my way to and from work. I have a half hour drive each way. Probably not the safest thing in the world so I’m not really recommending it, just saying that’s what I do. (I cover myself so no one can see anything.)
3) ADS and clamp at work. I always wear loose fitting pants and boxers at work. So I will go to the bathroom when I get to work, put on my ADS, and wear it for 1 to 3 hours. (I use the Shunga Roll ADS) go back to the bathroom, take off the ADS and clamp for 2 or 3 five minute sets, then put the ADS back on for another 1 to 3 hours. I keep doing that sequence throughout the day. No one has ever said anything to me about going to the bathroom a lot. But if they did I would just say I have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

As a side note, I am also unable to use my home computer to visit Thunders, because of the wife and kids. And of course I can’t use my office computer, so I have to go to Thunders exclusively from my BlackBerry. Which is what I’m doing right now.

maximillian, thats a heavy routine:) May I ask what your results are?

It may sound like a heavy routine, but I guess because it’s spread throughout the day, it doesn’t really feel that stressful. Also I have only added the clamping within the last week. Which according to others on here, you really shouldn’t start clamping or doing heavy girth work until after you’ve reached your length goal because it’s harder to stretch a thick unit. But I’m hoping that by integrating the clamping in between the ADS, I’ll be able to achieve both length and girth simultaneously.

I’m in my 5th week and although my next measurement is not until Friday, I did take an “unofficial” measurement this morning. So far I’ve gained about 1/2” in EL and about 1/8” EG. (Flaccid has also improved)

However, I suppose that some of that is due to what they call “newbie gains” and some of it may be due to better measurement technique. Regardless, I’m pretty excited.

bennet had a rather excellent little routine which consisted of multiple short sets of v- stretches throughout the day and he gained 2” of EL in two years.

7-9AM Get up go to bathroom close door and stretch for 15min. Others think your just getting ready / freshening up.
4-6PM Get back from uni, stretch again for 15min. Use the same excuse. ( Freshening up )
11PM-1AM Depending on when everyone else goes to sleep start main routine 1-1.5 hours (jelq, uli and clamp) Usually finish up around 1-1:30AM

Main routine 2 on 1 off. Stretching twice a day every day. On the off day stretch a third time 15min instead of the main routine.

Havent even come close to being caught yet.

In my first two months I didnt really stretch at all, but I gained length from just jelqs so I thought what the hell and started to actually stretch regularly.

Started off at 5 min a day then 5min twice a day then 10 and now its at 15.
