The way I do it, I sit and I contract the mussel, and I hold it for a few seconds. Make sure you’re actually using that mussel, not your penis. You can actually feel the shaft quiver a little when you do it.

You know how to do them to stop the flow while you take a piss. Use the same contraction while kegeling.
