4. Make small “o” with other hand

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

ok, but when will you start doing this routine? I have been doing the newbie routine for 5 weeks, is it ok for me to try this routine? and oh what do you mean by clamp at the base as mention above, does this require a mechanical clamp, and please explain further more the step by step on horse squeezing, thanks

Stick to the newbie routine for 3 months - 5 weeks is not enough!

You can either clamp manually or with a cable clamp but I would strongly recommend to wait for at least another 5 weeks.

Actually if he really wanted to start doing these, *I think* he should be able to do them very very (note: very) lightly. Clamp the base lightly and squeeze a little bit of blood from the head in. If he was planning on doing these for a big part of his routine, what better way to condition then actually doing the exercise carefully?

Fire: not at all, would make alot more sense that way to someone new to the exercise.

I don’t think it’s possible to do these lightly as intensity is one of the Key aspects of the Horse 440. I started doing these 5 months into my PE and even with that level of conditioning they were very intense. Be very careful.

There’s no reason for a newbie to do an advanced girth exercise such as a horse 440. It’s like buying a 16 year old who just got his license and has been driving a 3 year old civic for a week a formula 1 race car. Not only does he not know how to drive it, but the streets that he would drive it on would make it very unsafe and chances are due to over steering he would almost immediately crash, burn and die. I think that’s a pretty good anology…


2005 - BPEL 6.0"x MSEG 4.5" (BEG 4.75"/HEG 4.625")

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

horse 440’s = #1 injury causing exercise: use with caution!

Thats like saying we can only kegel for the first 3 months until we can handle a jelq. How did you first do jelqs, nice a slow right? me too. Thats how you learn a new exercise and your limits for it. If you really want to TRY it, just once to feel what its like, I say go for it (very very lightly :spin: ). I first did Horse440s 1 1/2-2 months in, and it was great. As long as you watch whats happening, your fine.

edit: and how do we know if hes a newbie or not? You’re just assuming because he posted in the newbie forum about an exercise he doesn’t know about that he hasn’t PE’d much.

How long have you been PE’ing?

Not sure who you’re addressing gfor8, but check the injury forum: plenty of injuries from Horse440’s.
Realize that you’re bigger than 98% of the population, and that those with more average sized cocks might not be as tough.

kramer said he’s been on the NR for 5 weeks, and agreed with Slack’s advice, but you’re right: you never really know how much experience someone has until they tell you. I had been doing PE for over 10 years myself before I joined the forum.
