Hello I have stopped gaining any help

Hi guys,

Great forum, glad I can be a part of it!

I have been doing PE for 2 years or so, 1 year straight with no breaks. I was following a newbie routine consisting of Manual stretches and jelqing.

From that I gained 1”, I went from just below 6” to 7” which I am now. I then decided to try something different to see if I could gain anymore, so I tried a Max Vac Hanger with jelqing, I never followed a set routine, but I trained everyday for well over 6months, with no gains at all, and since then I have still had no gains!

I have taken a break from PE now and I intend to start back in Jan, but I just don’t know what to do to get me gaining again. Why is I have not gained since? I have researched and still can not find a definate answer, I have had the following advice -

> Concentrate on the tunica
> Do manual stretches
> Take a long deconditioning break and start back again
> Follow the newbie routine again, etc

So I just don’t know where to start or what advice to take, people say I might have maxed out on lig gains, but I can’t see that being the case.

Any help or advice or what I should do or a possible routine to get me some gains once again?

Are you still gaining anything in flaccid?

From a personal standpoint I would recommend finding your Lot and putting a focus on either the ligs or the tunica. I wasn’t seeing gains for a long-time so I started just focusing on tunica stretches and I gained finally.

I have only ever done manual stretches in all directions, mainly focusing on Ligs, does this mean I should look at doing a tunica routine?

When you found your LOT, how much did you then gain once you focused on tunica stretches?
I don’t know my LOT, I have heard about this, but I have heard mixed opinions. I will look into it though.

I was gaining in flaccid I think, but it was hard to tell as my penis was swollen alot due to fluid build up from hanging.

I was going to take a break and start IPR routine, 1month on and 2month off deconditioning.
But I was wondering if I need to do this or start PE regular 5times a week on a certain routine?

When I found out about LOT I went on this specific routine and I went from
Stats 10/07/05
8.2” NBPEL

Current Stats as of 02/01/06
NBPEL 9”

I think the things that favored my gains was that I hadn’t been doing much of any P.E. for a while so a deconditioning phase might be appropriate. Also, my diet became impeccable because I was exercising and wanted to lose some weight.

As for which routine to do I couldn’t recommend one over the other since I haven’t done a specific IPR routine yet.

Thanks for your reply again. How long did you go on Deconditioning for before you started back with a routine?
You got some excellent results there going from 8.2” to 9”, that is my goal 8”.

I have just started back up the gym again, so my diet is good, it normally is anyway.

What kind of exercises did you do when you found your LOT? Did you train every day of have rest days and how much time per day did you dedicate to the routine?

I was “decondtioning” the entire summer I was off from school. I didn’t do any P.E. because I was visiting my Mom and no privacy around there. So I deconditioned for about three months.

When I found my LOT I did this routine.

Wake Up

6 Min Stretch: Straight Up, Up-Left, Up-Right, Straight Out, Left, and Right.
2 sets of 30 seconds

Rotate 25 circles left, then Right, then Left again, and Right again. Totaling 50 rotations each way.

Get in shower and wash myself letting hot water continually soak my genitalia (always wanted to use that word)

Jelq 100 reps
Side Jelq 50 reps
Jelq and Hold 50 reps
Jelq 100 reps
Base Jelq 50 reps
50 Kegels
50 Power Jelqs
Base Jelq 50 reps
Cool Down with hot water
100 Kegels

I would train on a 2 Days ON/ 1 Day OFF split. On my off days I would simply do the stretches and not do any jelqs.

I would spend about an hour on this routine each day. It got to the point where I was doing it without thinking about it. It was just another part of my day.

A two months decon break.

I am going to take a 2month break and start back in Jan. But when I start back would it be best to revert back doing the newbie routine doing something similar as Yoyototo ‘s above? Or do IPR routine doing 1 day on and 2 days off for a month then taking another break? Anyone have any results or experience of this, does it work? Or would it be best to do a routine like the newbie again?

What would work best for someone who has not gained for several months since newbie gains?

If you were still gaining from that original routine, why did you stop?

I’d say go back to that routine and see if you gain anything else. If not, it is probably time to move onto tunica exercises.

Currently: BPEL: 7.5 EG: 5 Goal: The holy grail of course. (8x6)

I was gaining from the newbie routine, when I hit 7 and carried on with no further gains, so I decided to try hanging but I never really had a solid routine or knew what type of hanging routine to do in order to recieve best results. Since then I am still at 7” mark and I so bad want 8”!!

Just trying to get all the feedback and information I can in order to see what I have to do! After I deconditioning break do I take it nice and slow again building up intensity? Or if I do the IPR routine, do you have to hit this as intense as possible on the days you train because you are only training for a month??

“Surprise” your cock with a change in routine. Increase your stretches or increase your jelks or decrease one and add to the other and throw in some squeezes. If you pump, pump less for awhile and increase something else.

Do more warm wraps between exercises.

I’ve read lots of posts here from guys who shifted things about and began to get gains again.

If you do the same stuff over and over, day after day, your brain begins to disconnect from PE. Much of this process, I think, is about self-motivation and “imaging.”

I know a lot of us have dicks for brains but there is something to getting both your heads in the same place; on the same page.

Cheers, I think I might give the IPR routine a go and see how I get on with that, as I have never done anything like that before and it will be something different, all I have ever done is manual stretches, jelq and hanging SD.

So I might give the Hang SO and jelq a go. My main goal is length, I really want to hit 8” mark. Considering my goal is only length, what exercises / routine would be best to use taking that into consideration?

That is so very true about it being a self motivation and mental thing, I started to become obsessed with getting my dick bigger and that was the only thing on my mind. This is why I have decided to chill out and take a bit of a break and hopefully start gaining again when I start back, so any more advice to gain length and get me up to that 8” goal would be great :-)

If there was a “definitive answer” we’d all have 10 inch dicks!

Unfortunately, PE is more of an art than a science (at this point). You just have to absorb as much good info as possible and start trying different approaches. I recommend careful notes of your force/time, and frequent measurements. Also, don’t change so many different things at the same time that you can’t tell what effect each is having.

Be glad you had some gains before you “stalled out” many guys never even get those beginning gains.

So, join the PE experimentation team, and if you get success, make sure and share it with the rest of us!
