Gains solely from stretching

Has anyone had good gains from a routine based alone on stretching? I’m assuming that they maybe do hot wraps or kegels.

My first routine after coming to Thunder’s Place was “Blasters” followed by manual stretching. Although I was only recovering lost length, I gained 1/2”+ in a couple of days.

Oh, and if memory serves me correctly, YGuy gained erect length using only manual stretches.

Yes, I do.

I wear an ADS (all day stretcher) for 8-12 hours per day (no days off). I do some manuel stretches for 15 minutes before I go to bed, but I’m not sure if that has contributed anything to my gains. I gain at a rate of 0.5 cm every two months.

Jelqing and clamping, in my opinion, can be dangerous and result in injury, which is why I don’t jelq or clamp.

You sound surprised, stretching do work. A long time ago I did a stretching only routine for around 20-30 minutes a day and in the end I had only gained girth, crazy. The latest gain (1/5”) came from a very intense stretching routine, basically 3 hours stretching every 24 hours no rest days.

Hello.

If I may Dicko, for how long did you maintain your routine and also how much are we talking in girth gains?

(I believe you by the way that girth gains can be achieved through hanging and stretching, but I do not seem to understand the no rest days thing, wouldn’t it affect you in the long run?)

No I was abit confused because you said sure in the beginning.

Thanks Dicko7X5, if may I ask what was your routine exactly?

I gained around 1/5 to 1/4 girth with 20-30 min stretching for about a month, can’t remember the on/off days I used. That was a long time ago. Now I’m not big on rest days, but I do take decon breaks between my training periods. It really depends on how you look at PE. Basically I think that when you stretch your penis and make it a bit longer it will slowly go back to it’s normal size when not under any stress (during rest). So I think the rest will slow down the progress, if not completely take it away, and so I want to avoid as much rest as possible, without injury, when I’m training. It’s nothing I recommend for newbies though.

I think the key to stretching is to stretch and create a small temporary gain and then take a rest and come back and stretch again before the first temporary gain has disappeared and the penis has gone back to it’s normal size, and keep doing this until the gain becomes bigger, visible and eventually permanent.

I second padawan, thanks Dicko! Finally a question if its not too much. I’m fairly new to pe, I’ve wanted to just try manual stretching before starting the newbie routine. What say you?

AM1221, I second Glandmaster and would like to hear more about how long you have been doing the routine that has shown this pattern of .5cm every two months.

Here’s the thing, when I was a newbie I pretty much grew whatever I did, it didn’t seem to matter much. It’s beyond the newbie gains that it gets real tough for many people to gain. That’s where I’m at and I think it’s very different from your situation with you being new to PE.

So I would recommend the newbie routine if you are a newbie. It has a good variation of basic exercises working both girth, length and erection quality. I think jelqing and kegels are great exercises, especially for newbies because they are great for erection quality and you might find that your erections get stronger and bigger and so you can get fast easy gains just from improving your erection quality.
