EL gains from stretching?

EL gains from stretching?

Just a quick question here, maybe someone medical and/or scientific has the answer.

I’ve read that the enlargement surgery whereby the ligaments are cut produces only an increase in flaccid length, not erect length. This seems to be pretty consistently reported. If true - if cutting ligs doesn’t give EL gains - then how could EL gains be achieved by simply stretching the ligs? Do lig stretches target flaccid length only, while tunica stretching targets EL?

Well, there is really no such thing as “lig stretching” - all stretches impact upon the tunica somewhat.

Thanks Klayton. I recall reading on this site that certain stretches target the ligs more than the tunica and vice versa (e.g., downward for ligs, upward for tunica). Since I’m more concerned with EL than flaccid, I’d like to target the tunica as much as possible!
