Here’s the thing, when I was a newbie I pretty much grew whatever I did, it didn’t seem to matter much. It’s beyond the newbie gains that it gets real tough for many people to gain. That’s where I’m at and I think it’s very different from your situation with you being new to PE.
So I would recommend the newbie routine if you are a newbie. It has a good variation of basic exercises working both girth, length and erection quality. I think jelqing and kegels are great exercises, especially for newbies because they are great for erection quality and you might find that your erections get stronger and bigger and so you can get fast easy gains just from improving your erection quality.

Does anyone think that wearing ads/light hanging may complement newbie routine?
