I searched and couldn’t find much. Have any of you gained from stretching alone?

Yes there are several people on here who do only stretching.

My routine at the moment is 90% stretch based. I do some a few O bends (3mins or so) after the stretching routine. And every 3rd day or so do light girth work, 5 mins or so of dry jelqs. But spend alot of time on stretching. I recently wrote my routine in my progress thread in more detail if you are curious.

I was thinking earlier that even though I don’t do girth work much, that the shape of my unit is changing. I don’t think it shows up in the tape measure much, but I started off with a tree trunk and I think it’s becoming a cylinder. This is despite not wanting to gain much girth, and the only girth stuff I do at the moment is aimed at helping length. It’s easy to see how a baseball effect could occur if you were doing a jelq heavy routine.

Back onto the topic, yeah you can gain from stretching alone. I seem to be getting between 0.2 and 0.3 of an inch per month for the last few months. It’s best to try to include at least a little of jelqing a couple of days per week though because alot of people say it helps for both. For length, jelqing is kind of like an internal stretch and lower erection level is better. Like 40-70%. I like dry because I can feel the blood being moved foward and the kegeling of blood in between strokes means you are getting a kegel workout as well.

I was able to gain. Just remember we’re all built different so just give it a try. If you get reults then it works for you.
