If I strech for sixty minutes a day, from monday to fiday and then take the weekend off before jelquing for sixty minutes a day, from monday to friday, and then going back to streching before going to jelquing again, what gains can I expect in one month.

Current Length - 6.4 inches

Current Girth - 5 inches

Jan 2006 Goal - 8 inches long and 6 inches in girth

Jan 2007 Goal - 10 inches long and 7 inches in girth

You have been here since January and you should know that a question like that will get you in hot waters with the Vets. Since I’m not a Vet.

Some guys gain 1 inch, some guys gain nothing like me.

Gains appear to be completely arbitrary to your penis’s genetic differentiation; others include your specific exercise, and whether you give space for the tissue to rejuvenate. I personally exercise much, much less than what you’re planning, and have gone from around five and half inches to just a tad below seven within four months, exercising twice a day, jelqing for approximately 20-30 minutes, and stretching for 10 minutes per session - gradually increasing the duration of each exercise over the weeks.

Good luck, but take some advice from someone seeing fairly good gains: don’t overdo your exercise duration. There really is no need unless you are witnessing static growth. :)

My advise (as a semi-vet, more than 2 years of PE now) is to put up smaller goals, otherwise you’ll probably just end up dissapointed. You might get the big gain, or you might not.

7x5.5 is a good first 6 month goal in my humble opinion, and then you just take it in small steps from there on.

My advice would be to cut down. It’s probably even couter-productive to be jelqing for 60 mins per day. Just think about it you are trying to stimulate natural cell growth. The body can only renew cells at a particular rate. Stick to a more realistic future gains goals. This game needs patience not brute force.

Still think your current goals are away too optimistic. You should think in termms of a possible gain of 2 inches max length and 1 inch girth over a 3 years span. If you got to 8 x 6 in 2 years that would be tremendous progress. That is certainly my current goal and you are not much different from me at the moment.

Buddy BE PATIENT. Nature - in terms of cell growth takes it’s time - no matter how fast we would like it to go. A baby in the womb - more or less takes a certain time. To go from your present size to 8 x 6 is something like about 80% increase in volume - imagine what that is like in terms of what would be hanging there. That has to be grown cell by cell - and it won’t happen with a severe exercise regime that may result in injury.

I agree with the others. Goals are good. Visualization is good. However, putting dates on the goals only sets one up for failure and disappointment.

I look at it this way. In two years I will be two years older. If my cock is 2” longer, that’s great! If it is only 1/2” longer, that is great as well. Either way, I will be two years older and if I did no PE at all, my cock would be the same or smaller.

Thinking in this manner does not set me up for any failure or disappointment as far as I can see. It is taking things to their own logical conclusion, if I may.

Take your time my friend. Don’t hurt yourself. Don’t disappoint yourself. In the long run, you will be much happier and most likely, more successful.
