Gains Are Not Permanent

I had a 4 week break from PE all together. Big mistake . My EQ was horrible, barely a 6 out of 10. Also my flaccid and erect sizes were back to pre PE size almost. Flaccid was definently pre PE size but erect I couldn’t tell because my EQ was horrible. Also I didn’t masturbate during those 4 weeks. Last Monday I started my stretching routine again because I felt hopeless. My flaccid returned to its normal length of 5 inches as opposed to 3 inches pre PE size. EQ came back but I haven’t measured erect length since I don’t have a ruler at the moment.

What could cause this shrinking? I should add I gained from 6.7 inches to 8 inches in 6 months. Does the penis tissue retract automatically to its original size? Also why did the loss of EQ happen when I did no PE?

Could you give an overview of your routine? Were you doing any kegel based routines before or during your break?

If you are at 60% and at the same size as the starting point… I would say you gained.

The thing is I was the same size at 60%EQ during the break and pre PE. However, I literally couldn’t get past 60% erect no matter what stimulation. So I’m guessing the internal tissues were retracting to their old positions.

Downward stetching only. No kegels

Maybe you didn’t PE long enough to cement those improvements. Six months doesn’t sound sufficient to me.

Next time, try to run an light maintenance routine.

Do you have an idea why my EQ decreased drastically during the break but came back to normal after continuing PE?

Absolutely nothing. Didnt even touch my penis. I’m guessing my penis was going back to homeostasis hence the loss of size. The best erection I could possible have was the same as pre PE size and the EQ was a 6/10

The desperation in your messages leads me to think that your problems are mental rather than physical. Make sure you have balance in all the other areas in your life first before you start stressing about “not gaining in PE”. Look after yourself. PE is ancillary.

Quote me on one thing that is desperate please. I’m just digging into the science of PE but if that’s desperation to you then so be it.

You say I’m not gaining?

I went from 6.75 inches to 8 inches. If 1.3 inches is “not gaining” id like to know what “is gaining” to you? Over 2 inches? Should I have gone from 6.75 to 8.8 inches in order for me to “have gained”? Dude 1.3 inches is a lot of gains and I got it all in 6 months. Its more than what most gain all together.

Ok here’s my guess, it sounds like a lot of your gains were from the ligaments stretching because you’re only doing stretches and you only did PE for a relatively short period of time. If I remember correctly a lot of the “newbie gains” are from the initial stretching of ligaments. It seems like it would be possible that when you took a break the ligaments started to tighten again. I have no scientific basis for this so don’t take my word as fact this is just the first guess I came up with and it seems reasonable.

As far as EQ goes a few things. Your post comes across as stressed, not desperate. Stress is an EQ killer and very important to keep in mind. Try incorporating kegels into your life and I’m almost willing to guarantee you will have significantly better EQ. After you get kegels down start investigating reverse kegels. Also, look into “cementing” gains. Don’t have the science for it on hand but there’s certain exercises that help to expand the cavity and make the gains seemingly more permanent.

Lastly look into incorporating a variety of exercises into your routine instead of strictly sticking to only downward stretching.

You need to diversify yo bonds

I lose EQ too if I completely leave it alone for that long.

Try slow edging. No porn, just be really slow. Don’t speed up for any reason. Keep it slow regardless of erection level, even if it feels like massaging a wet noodle.

I have my theories, but doing this gave me the first 100%er I had after a minor injury.

What are those theories? Because I like it rough but I also like it deep but not slow
