I’m 19 my EL is 14cm(5.5”) and my EG is also 14cm , I know that’s a good girth and my penis looks fat but short , my ultimate goal would be 18cm = 7.08”

I need 1.57” (4cm) to my ultimate goal , I have no PE experience, is it possible to achieve that goal ? Seriously I was seriously thinking about a surgery , where do I have to start , can someone give my a good routine for length ?

Yes that’s quite achievable. Start with the Newbie Routine.

You should start right away. Take it easy and try the newbie routine for some months and look for growing and improvement. Also what you are looking for is actually reachable. You just need patience and focus on it. For length do stretching for 5 minutes so you get the hang of it. Then you can do 10 min after sometime. This is my second week of PE so I’m a newbie too so we can help each other. Any more doubts just ask any of us. I wish you luck.

Yes it is very possible, the amount of time varies with each person but you can achieve that. Start with the newbie routine and be careful not to hurt yourself.

You are already above average in volume, so no need for surgery. You can achieve your goals with normal PE. Take it slow and easy to start; there is all the info you need on this site.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I think combining hot water with stretching religiously changes your dick, makes it longer no matter what. I can’t say enough for extenders.

Read all you can in the newbie section, and start slow. It took me months to work my way up to the newbie routine numbers. Just follow your EQ . This stuff is definitely worth it! :-)
