Help. Seeing FL gain, but no EL gain.

I started PE in January 2007. Like most of people here, I started with the newbie routine, and worked myself up from there. I haven’t done anything in the extremely advanced category over the last 17 months. Other than basic stretching and jelqing, I have tried clamping, pumping, ADS, v-stretch, inverted v-stretch, and hanging.

Currently, my routine consists of:
1. Warm up.
2. Stretching in all directions x 2 sets.
3. Two 30-second inverted v-stretch, followed by two 30-second v-stretch.
4. 100 five-second wet jelqs.
5. 100 five-second dry jelqs.
6. Warm down.

My pre-PE measurements were 13.5cm NBPEL x 10.5cm EG. As of last night, my measurements were 13.5cm NBPEL x 11.5cm EG. My flaccid length went from 7cm to about 8cm. I have even measured 9cm on a good day. This is really frustrating as the flaccid gain somehow disappears when the penis is erect. I have read in a thread with an explanation for this, but I can’t seem to find the thread now.

Any suggestions on how I can get some erect length gain? I have tried ADS, but it is way too uncomfortable for me. I am uncut, and have gained even more foreskin after I started PE, so wrapping my penis with all that foreskin for an extended period of time is very uncomfortable. On the other hand, I have tried hanging for about a month, and it didn’t feel as bad. Do you think I should give hanging another try? Any other ideas?

Yea, I guess my stretching time is a bit short. I will start increasing it.

Does anyone have an explanation for why FL gain does not equal to EL gain? Also, what can I do to “transform” that FL gain into EL gain? I thought jelqing would do the job, but it doesn’t look like it does so far.

Having FL gains before EL gains is pretty common : the penis is loosing a bit of elasticity; after a while, the penile fibers recover completly their elasticity and you can see EL.

It’s kinda of a “half way” adaptation.

Other factors could contribute to this discrepance. But it’s not really releavant for you right now (there isn’t general agreement about this phenomena, also) : just rise a bit your work, and after a while you should see EL gains.

Flip your jelqs with your stretches.

And double down on the stretching time.

I suggest reading the TGC theory thread in the main member forum. It might help you out somewhat.

I’m a firm believer in rotary stretches they hurt like a b**** but my penis looks larger finally. I do them kinda hard 30 secs clockwise then 30 seconds counterclockwise. I get the lig pop on every rep and it hurts like hell but the results I’m getting are worth it.

Damn you must be pulling hard. Stretching has been the basis for almost all of my length gains, and I have only gotten a lig pop once.

I get the pop around 6 and 9 I don’t get it at any other position it’s weird.

Do jai stretches every time you use the bathroom and every time you shower and every time you go to bed and get up in the morning.

Ok here’s the deal…Stretched Flaccid is a gain commensurate with pulling the Popsicle off of the stick. The ligs haven’t moved, even though you can see a gain because it is the soft tissue elongating itself against the ligs. The only way to get true gains erect is to lengthen the ligs which, BTW, establishes your erect length. Without leg length change your erect length wont change either.

Some have ligs built from taffy. Those guys are going to get gains and then quit this site, mission accomplished. For most of us there needs to be intelligent work done. Focusing on the ligs is the key to erect gains.

It’s very possible that you have maxed out the gains from stretches from the outside. I think you need to concentrate on getting to the ligs and attacking them.

Guys, lig-pops seems to have no relation with length gains.

Pain is your body telling you some thing is wrong and injury may occur if you keep doing what your doing. Soreness may be ok if you have done allot of jelqing like 30 min or more or if you had hung heavy weights 15 lbs plus per day for 2 hours or more.This can cause a achy feeling like you really work your penis out after wards but if you feel pain during the work out this is bad. Pain is a no no.I think everyone will agree on that.

Goal by the end of next year Nbel 8.5 Eg 6.5

Twist first and then pull? or pull first and then twist?
