Frustrated but trying something new.
I have done PE for about 6 months now and at best my gains have been 3/16 length absolutely 0 girth gains. The 3/16 is a best case scenario, which can be inaccurate due to poorly measuring when I first started PE. For all I know I might not have gained anything.
I have noted better and more frequent erections since I started PE and that is great and all, but that was never my goal nor I feel my problem. I have always gotten rock hard erections and kept them up and frequent, but now even more so.
I just stumbled onto the TGC theory. I read it and what I gather from it is my routine has been misplaced. The only routine I have done is the newbie routine and had gotten up to 300 jelqs with no negative EQ, it seems I could not overwork my unit.
So according to the theory my problem is the tunica. I need to focus on that (going for length gains first and foremost) and was wandering if anyone else has used a heavy tunica workout routine and if they had any results?
So please what I am looking for is a good tunica routine or exercises that have worked for others in the past. I am getting frustrated by the amount of time I have put in for not much success. Any and all advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
