If I jelq whenever I can, such as during piss/shit pulls, but also whenver else I can, even though I have only about 2 months experience would this help?

I’m never sore after workouts (except the skin, because I dry jelq) so this is why I was thinking more, would in my case, be better.

Well from 1 month experience I can tell you doing the newbie routine work great for me.

Use the newbie routine as a baseline. Remember if the newbie routine is still working soak every ounce of juice out of it then increase the intensity and volume of your works outs.

If you are steadily gaining, do not go and hurt yourself. You can cause potential injury doing jelq without a proper warm up, like if you use too much force.
So my advice is be patient and consitent with your main planned routine.

Maybe it would be worth improving your technique rather than spending more time jelqing. I think, in many ways, that dry jelqing is more difficult to perfect than wet jelqing and it’s certainly worth doing some sessions wet to allow comparison for efficacy.

Why do you dry jelq, and not wet jelq? I only dry jelq because I’m uncircumcised.

You can start piss pulls whenever you like. They don’t require much ‘recovery time’, unless you over do it. Jelqing is a different matter; stick to your normal jelq routine and you will most likely gain more than by sticking in extras between proper sessions.

Or just increasing the Newbie Routine. The best way to maximise that golden period of newbie gains is to do the minimum you can and still gain. When you stop gaining or it really slows, then increase as little as possible to get the gains going again.
