Exercises That Beginners Must Avoid

I am a beginner in the Thundersplace as I am a beginner in the PE too, and since that I saw this godness site, a question came in my mind:

With all these exercises, which I must avoid? Do you ever had a bad experience with some type of training?

Ps: I am brasilian, so If I wrote something wrong, sorry

Well if you read the newbie routine that should explain to you what you should and shouldn’t be doing. Why not go read it and then come back and ask some questions.

Not sure if this qualifies but I read a while ago that clamping was a great way to gain girth without too much effort. This was years ago when I first started getting into the basics and I thought about trying it. Ordered the clamps, got ‘em a few days later, did a routine for 2-3 weeks or so. And my penis was not having it. I was sore a lot, lots of red bumps, EQ was abysmal. I completely ignored the fact that as a newbie, a manual routine that slowly built up was absolutely necessary to condition myself for a few months, before even thinking of clamping. So perhaps that could help some newbies looking into getting fast gains.

There’s no such thing as fast gains in PE. The only thing you get fast in PE is injured. Its a marathon, not a sprint. Put in the work, and over time, the gains will come. Yes, clamping and squeezes and girth work in general is more advanced exercises, and should be avoided until your penis is fully conditioned. It took me 2 years to condition my dick to the point where I can do proper girth work. Don’t rush into it. You only have one dick. Be careful guys.

Don’t worry. We can understand. English isn’t my first language either. Start here Linear Newbie Routine and follow it. Don’t overdo it. You don’t get fast gains in PE. It takes time. Basically avoid girth exercises as these are more advanced and you need to condition you penis to the point where it can take it. I gained a lot using only manuals, so you don’t need the advanced stuff and equipment to gain. It helps if you can afford them, but its not needed. My PE journey has been totally free (ok, my lubricant costs a bit. About $5 every 3 to 4 months)

You must avoid anything that doesn’t get mentioned on the newbie routine except edging, that is the masturbation without ejaculation.

Anything else is just too advanced or complex at this point, bringing along a high chance of getting injuried.

maybe a little off topic, plus i’m sure a 10 minute search about it would give me an answer…BUT: does edging actually help with gains, is it a thing like warm-ups that acts like a complimentary to other exercises or is it just for better EQ?

i’m asking because a dude wrote he was edging for an hour or something and it seemed to me like a complete waste of time.

It does help with EQ and some have claimed it helps with gains as well.

How can anything that gives us pleasure, either alone or with a partner, ever be a waste of time?

One hour of edging appears to me an form of stamina training.

Solo edging should help the EQ, but no strain are being applied with edging, so it is hard to believe that edging alone could bump some extra size.

I don’t believe that edging in and of itself can actually increase size but I believe that it can help to cement gains and also aid in the recovery process if done right after a workout.

Seneca touched on this. Edging on its own won’t really give you gains except for gains you get from a better EQ. But personally I have found a 20 to 30 minute edging session just after a full session of stretches and jelq’s does help to cement in gains that have been made during that session and helps with healing. If I edged, I’m not as sensitive the next day. Having all that blood there for so long, really helps with the healing. Plus, I love how my veins pop when I really get into a good jelq/squeeze/edge routine for a week or so. It looks like an actual muscle.

that’s really interesting for me because i have been doing for 3 days now a different kind of jelq, with two hands and 50-70% erection level, and after that my penis was really tired and numb. for example, today, i can really feel the effects from yesterday’s workout. it feels sensitive. before that, when i jelqed at 80-100%, it was completely different, it felt alive and ready to go like you describe it.

maybe i should include some kind of edge just to finish the workout at that ‘high’ point where there is blood inside if that’s what helps with healing.

How did you know that you was conditioned for more advanced exercises after 2 years? What are the signs that tell you you’re not conditioned enough?

I’ve had good results from edging after my session. But I never ejaculate. After my session of stretching and jelqing (various degrees of erection depending what I’m more focused on) and squeezes when I’m girth orientated, I work in a good 20-30 minute edging session, and then just warm down with wet wrap. By not ejaculating during my edging session, I stay engorged for much longer and even the next day, I will be more engorged than usual, even if I had sex later the previous day after my session. Take at least 2 hours between your session, and any form of ejaculation. You will really benefit from it.
