Well the most important thing to remember is that there should never be any pain in PE. So keeping this in mind, I started the squeeze gently, and if there was pain, I would stop immediately, add heat, and massage my dick. Usually I prevented a injury by going very slow. And I just began to do the squeeze very lightly, upping it slowly and monitoring the sensations in my body, and after 2 years of upping it little by little, I was able to do a full squeeze. Now my dick can take much more abuse than 6 years ago, but I never take a decon break for longer than 2 months.
