Hey,

I am doing well on girth, I am focused on gaining length, have been pumping for last 8 months. And doing some manual exercises. I wanted to know what to do for best and simplest girth gains. Videos and any thing supplements or anything is great. I am looking for any kind of help/suggestions.

Personally, for me all my girth is attributed to Clamping, Uli#3, and jelquing, and an exercise somebody may have already patented, but I don’t really have a name for it.

What I do is one hand with an overhand grip to cut off circulation “ok grip”, kegel in a few times while loosening that grip, and after I’m really engorged with my other hand I press on the head increasing the pressure though the shaft and hold for about 30 seconds. *Be careful when trying this, and I accept no responsibility if you injure yourself.*

Yes, I want to get length but I think that my genetics work better at gaining girth so I guess I will and why not get. Fat cock. I need to work more on jelqing. I mainly just do clamping and kegels. And use my bathmate x30 I just got I had a x20 but needed the upgrade.
