Need suggestions for tunica exercises
I’ve been doing stretching exercises for 2 months now with no gains because I didn’t know about the LOT theory. My LOT is 6:00.
So, this is my first week of working on the tunica. I hope I’ll gain within a couple of weeks.
I do four 1 minute stretches SO, straight up, NW and NE.
Should I be doing the blasters while doing this or no?
So far I have but I’m wondering if it’s even beneficial for the tunica.
I haven’t felt really sore doing these exercises, either that or I don’t know my penis very well. I really don’t know where I’m supposed to feel the soreness or how sorness feels.
Can anybody suggest better or more effective exercises besides the A stretch or fulcrum that will help me get huge gains from the tunica as quickly as possible?
Should I increase the intensity etc. etc.
