Eureka - Kegels Work!

I’ve tried them in the past, and was dead set against them until recently, out of dumb luck, since I’ve been sick and coughing usually mimicks the kegel action.

Anyway, I’ve been doing them semi-hard, and damn a couple days into it I’m heavier and wider.

Just a question - are reverse kegels necessary or even benefitial? And what kind of kegel regimen should a newbie have?

I’ve never been successful at reverse Kegels.

However, now that you know how to do them forward, try this:

Pick a number of repetitions that feels good to you and is not tiring. Let’s say, for starters, 20 a day. Each day add only 5 more reps. If at any time you find them tiring, drop back.

In only 20 days you’ll have added 100 Kegels.

You don’t have to do them all at one time; in fact, better if you don’t. Do 20 on the way to work; 20 before lunch; 20 maybe while your Mom is bitching about your wife/girlfriend/boyfriend; 20 during the evening news. Etc. Unless you get a silly-ass grin on your face, nobody will have a clue that you are “working out.”

I tend to find them bad to do when flaccid, but GREAT to do when semi.

I do them whenever I’m masturbating.

Hey man, this thread is currently being discussed at Reverse kegeling necessary .

If you would like some straight answers, you could try Kegels and Reverse Kegels or Kegels.

Personally I believe that reverse kegels are not necessary as for beneficial for P.E I doubt it ( but I still do it ).

I do like 100-150 kegels and 25 reverse kegels before my routine.

But kegels are not the reason your penis is bigger.
