Eureka - Kegels Work!
I’ve tried them in the past, and was dead set against them until recently, out of dumb luck, since I’ve been sick and coughing usually mimicks the kegel action.
Anyway, I’ve been doing them semi-hard, and damn a couple days into it I’m heavier and wider.
Just a question - are reverse kegels necessary or even benefitial? And what kind of kegel regimen should a newbie have?
