Reverse kegeling necessary

Hi. Whilst doing the kegeling exercises is it necessary to reverse kegel as well. Kegel (squeeze) for 5 seconds, then reverse kegel for 5 seconds. Or is it just kegel, then let go for a second and kegel again.

I don’t know if it is necessairy, but what I can tell you is that when I followed a Kegel routine two years ago, I reaped great benefits from reverse kegeling in combination with regular kegeling and some edging sessions.

I can’t tell exactly how much of my increased stamina was due to the reverse kegeling part, but whenever I “pushed outwards” near to the PONR, I immediatly felt the urge to ejaculate to subside to a great extend.

So I for my part recommend reverse kegels as a component of a good routine, yes.

Reverse kegel is poorly named and doesn’t really describe what it is. From my readings, a reverse kegel is the ability to stop your body from performing an involuntary kegel when you are close to the PONR.

You don’t have to reverse kegel for exercises unless you feel like your going to ejaculate from it.

Well reverse kegels stop you from doing any kegel, involuntary or not. Personally when I do reverse kegels during sex when I am close to the PONR they are useless if I am still getting any stimulation. However they do back me away from the edge if I feel like I am not that close to the PONR.

I thought you where supposed to regular kegel and hold it when you’re getting to the PONR. So you are actually supposed to reverse kegel instead, or can you do either to keep away from the PONR?

So whilst I’m exercising I don’t have to do the same movements as I would when I’m taking a wee. I only do the movements to stop a wee, hold for 5 seconds, then let go, then repeat. Right?

I’ve done the same thing. Maybe felt like something that could have been a 1/8th orgasm, but I blocked off the real orgasm.

MMA, you don’t have to reverse kegel.

And me personally, if I try a deep kegel right before the PONR, my involuntaries are so powerful that I can feel a pulse in my BC that is doing mini spastic kegels as I hold my kegel and I will go over the PONR.

Question - is it ok to do kegels on your offdays while semihard?
