I have just switched my PE routine to pumping and jelqs only for the purpose of having maximum EQ and horniness. I was clamping before which required me to stimulate myself too much so I dropped it since I could do a pumping routine and never have to masturbate. For jelqs I only have to stimulate myself for a brief second and then jelq, which is not too bad.

Through my efforts I have went from being able to look at the most hardcore pornography and not getting an erection, to just poking my cock and it starts to fill with blood.
I also try to limit my sexual encounters with females, instead of having sex 5 times every day with my girl friend and getting bored mentally. It is tough for me, but when I think about how rewarding it is to control myself I gain the will power to resist.

You should also do the obvious, which is eat real food and stay physically fit, as well as getting enough sleep and sunlight every day.
Another recommendation that I just remembered is if you are circumcised by the modern Periah method, do foreskin restoration a bit or find a synthetic solution. This helps as well, I have used Glad Press n’ Seal Wrap for this before and it worked, but I mostly use a silicone sleeve that I cut to cover just my glans.
I make sure to not let the synthetic foreskin hang over the end of my glans though so I am still like someone who is circumcised, I do not want to break the commandment to be circumcised from the scriptures so I do this to be safe.

As it happens I am one of those rare guys who was circumcised as a kid purely for medical reasons. Not sure I understand how the synthetic foreskin works though, what’s the reason for it?

It’s good to know you can still masturbate & have an orgasm. I’ve masturbated just about every day of my life. It becomes impossible to fuck when your erection disappears so at your age you should try going without the masturbation and see if it helps. Myself … My age and the fact that I have to take blood pressure lowering drugs means it is not something I can’t cure. I am working on reducing the blood pressure medication as it reduces my pulse and I have to really work at the gym to get my pulse up to 110 beats per minute. I’m just one of those old guys who sees life flying past and wants to make sure his wife is well fucked. I still say take just 1 week off from your weight training and judo. It is common practice for weight lifters to take a short break and let their body fully recover.

1) Could you please list every different type of food and drink you have in one week. Not the quantities, just the different types.

2) Please state how many times you ejaculate each week.

One other thing I noticed is that you got better on a climbing holiday. During vertical ascent, you are exercising and stretching different muscles. So it could be that your piriformis and/or psoas group is tight, and that climbing helped. There are many exercises on the net that deal with these. Start slow.

Maybe I’ve been riding the edge of the porn addiction. I’m going to take the same advice because I know the rational and their is that rat experiment that sticks in my brain. (Joking about porn and how it fries your brain. Maybe not so funny?) I’m going to abstain from all porn and masturbation to see how it affects my recurring ED. Maybe that’s what the connection is with your Africa vacation. No porn and when you got home? Things quickly went South again?

Okay, Food: Wholegrain breakfast cereal, Mass gain powder made with whey protein, oatmeal, bananas, apples, oranges, tuna, pasta, soya yogurts, unsalted mixed nuts, wholegrain bread, peanut butter, jam (jelly), potatoes, pork sausages, vegetables, rice (white & brown), curried chicken, salmon fillet, breaded cod, chips (as in fries).

It was mostly just slow walking to be honest, the reason so many people climb Kilimanjaro is that despite it’s height there is no technical skill needed, I.e hardly any climbing with hands/ropes etc. Will look in to that anyway though, thanks.

Something else I just remembered. Are you taking L-Arginine for anything? (Like working out.) If not, you may want to try it. I’m taking it for body & penis building. (Also recommended for ED)

By the way, I just want to say that I am only “just zis guy”*, I have no qualifications of any type. Everything below is my own opinion.

Ok, you’re eating good food. Not so sure about the Mass gain powder - if you talk to a raw food expert, they will tell you how to make something out of natural products that is just as good or better. I have no knowledge in this area, but a friend of mine is making shakes out of split-pea protein…

However, if you want to get better erections, the less coffee and alcohol you have the better. It’s up to you. But if you’re anything like me, you will wake up one day and want to grab the bull by the horns and do ANYTHING it takes to succeed. A hard cock - sounds like a worthy crusade :)

However, having said all that, I don’t believe your problem is due to food.

If the doctors say it’s not your endocrine system, the next place to look is circulation and muscles. The muscles that cross the pelvic floor can exert unbelievable pressure on your blood vessels there and impeed the flow. On the other hand, strong PC muscles help maintain erections by a clamping action which inhibits the blood from flowing out of the dick once erection is achieved. So surprise surprise, tension can help, but only in all the right places. To get a good erection, some things need to relax, and other things need to tense, or at least be toned. So definitely look into the exercises I mentioned - I feel that will pay off the most.

Finally, IMHO, you are jerking way to much for a guy with your problems.

Let me explain -

At your age, if you have not cum for a while, the hornyness will build up. Also the testosterone will build up, so I am told. You can use this natural process to aid your recovery. Getting horny is like building up pressure in your system. Ejaculation releases that pressure. It sound like you could actually use a little more pressure. So if for instance you were to cut down ejaculation to once a week, you might be surprised at the changes. You will get a little harder, and the sensations when you do allow yourself to have fun will be stronger.

After the first week of this you could add edging to your routine - that is to say, you can play with your dick, but keep stopping as you near ejaculation. You could keep this up for say 1/2 a an hour / 45 minutes. IF you get so called “blue balls” that is to say an ache in the balls or nearby brought on by lack of cumming - then edging is probably not good for you.

Wanted to let you know that I’m getting results from abstaining. I think in the future I will try edging and skip the full ejaculation to get it into a dependable routine. Then I’ll know that my wife is going to get a full load without me aborting on her. I continue to jelq and am trying for 40 min. Of hanging 4.5 Lbs in 2 sets. One 20+ minutes this morning and it felt great during and after. I’m surprised at how quickly I got to this level. Maybe I’ll have beginner’s luck and get big initial gains!

How’s the ED going. Hopefully it passes! Your 25 and could be using that tool for another 50-60 years. Just think positive and stay away from porn. Limit yourself. I’m 23 and have had ED problems for a while and have done my fair share of research. To make it short and simple,

DO:
-soft jelqs
-edging (only ejaculate every 2-4 days)
-exercise, stretch multiple times a week
-drink a lot of water (and eat healthy obviously)

DON’T
-spend hours everyday looking for a cure (very important)
-(penis) stretch too much until this problem goes away
-look at porn
-obsessively masturbate
-look for “cures” aka all those EQ boosting supplements. Sure some of them may help, but you’re young and healthy, and there’s no use breaking your wallet over a psychological problem.
-beat yourself up when you can’t get a solid erection yet. It takes time and patience and the more you stress out over it, the worse it will be.
