Hi people !

I started PE in April 2015 with a progressive jelq/stretch routine which means I started with 10 mins jelq everyday/7days a week to now almost 2 hours a day of jelqing :D

I have the time don’t worry :P

Then in the end of June I switched to DRY jelqs instead of WET because I did not really gain much ..
In August I Measured GIRTH and WONDERED because I gained alot of girth I have been 5 inches in Girth at Start and gained 1”, so now am 6 inches
BUT in LENGTH I just gained 0,2 inches .. AND ITS my priority to gain here.. Really want a bigger flaccid so I started doing STRETCHES before JELQING

Seems to help a little but I dunno what else to do maybe I shall switch something in terms of jelq technique ..

I’d keep up the manual stretching and ramp it up slowly over time, you may be able to get someone additional gains from this alone. After a few more months of conditioning you could start looking into hanging, just don’t underestimate the strain it will put on your penis and the need to be fully conditioned, and do your research first.

Edit: I should have noted, if you make gains with manual stretching, by all means keep up the manual stretching and don’t move on to more advanced measures. You’ll regret missing out on potential gains if you rush into hardcore techniques because your penis just won’t respond the same to the lighter stuff anymore.

I only dry jelq. Same efficiency, less time needed. I also stretch. The combination of both gave me 0.5 length and 0.3 girth in 6 months time. I don’t know if that helps.

I don’t really like dry jelqing because its a little rough and may stretch your skin a little easier. Aside from that you could be jelqing with a higher erection level resulting in greater girth gains as opposed to length. More length will come with a lower erection. I’d say 50% down to 30% would be good. Also keep stretching. Since it seems like you’ve increased the time/repetitions in your workout, maybe try a little more advanced stretches and see if they work out.

Hey man ! I am doing NOFAP plus PE which means I HAVE A VERY HARD TIME to NOT be erect while jelqing :D

So most of the work is done in 70-100 % erect state and I jelq HARD !

But nowadays I try to already only jelq with lower erection since I want that length .

Thanks for the explanation of how you dry jelqed. Appreciate it! Just did a few of those the other day. Made me good and sore and seemed pretty darned effective.

Since you are a newbie, eventually your cock is going to figure out the difference between jerking off and a PE work-out. So your penis will let you jelq it at lower erection to gain length.

I have about 8 months experience on dry jelqing only. You don’t need a lot of time or reps. It’s very intense.

I think that it’s great for gains but since it’s so intense there might be a danger of strengthening the tissue faster if you overdo it for reps or time, so careful there.

hywassup, I was having the same problem with you. Brain will adopt. Until then I used to let myself have a full erection at the begining. Then I let the erection fade and after that started jelqing. I never did over 220 dry ones. Once I hit 300 and I got injured. I am holding 5 secs each rep and pressing hard enough.

Congrats on the girth man!

I have always dry jelqed, but I gained more length that I have girth over my experience with PE. I stretch more than I jelq which might help you out as well.

I would recommend dry jelqing in the shower. Let the water hit you for a couple minutes for a warm up and then do as many as it takes to feel worked out. This may help loosen the deeper tissues in the penis allowing you to get more of a stretch while you are jelqing. Also, slow jelqs with a hold at the end will help you get more of a stretch.

If length is the goal, I would say to jelq for more of a warm up and really focus on stretching. When I increased my stretching exercises I saw increased length gains.

One last thing, jelq downward, (towards the floor), this has helped me out a lot as well.
