I am a sceptical person when it comes to something to good to be true. I have an average penis size and I am 40 years old, I would love to add both girth and width, but more than anything else I would love to have full erections I had when I was in my early 20’s. I work out everyday lifting weights and do cardio, I eat healthy, I am vegetarian, but I just felt my erections are not what I would like them to be. If I could get back to my early 2’s erection and add a little length and girth that would be great. I don’t know what a lot is I see you guys talk about that all the time. And where do I start the p e process. Do I need hangers and extenders and what do I use for girth. Part of the reason why I am not 100% sceptical is because you guys are not selling me anything, the site is run on donation.

Give it a go. Find out for yourself. As long as you are careful, it will only cost you time to find out.

If you’re looking to boost erection quality, jelqing and kegels are your best friends. I’m in my early 20’s and have never had erection issues, but they still increased my EQ even when I already had good EQ. As for routines and what you should be doing for gains, follow memento’s link to the newbie routine.

6/3/17: FSL - 6.6" 6/12/17: BPEL - 6.4" EG - 5.2" BPFL - 4.9"

At a point of life even i didn’t believe that something like this could work but it actually does work.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Start at one of the newbie routines like memento suggested. Most everyone on here got their fastest and best gains from these. There is no need to consider the “lot” theory as that has been basically been proven not to have effect on your gains. I started with the newbie routine in my late 40’s and had gained a half inch within 2 months. I think that if you look around this site you will find that it is not uncommon to have decent gains like that. Give the newbie routine a shot and don’t vary from that routine until gains have stopped.

JAMROCK:

Forget “LOT” theory, nobody believes it anymore. It is irrelevant.

A better use of your time is to just start jelqing and stretching

To good to be true is some pill or easy method that is going to give you 3 inches in 3 months.

This is going to require effort and consistency. If you are lucky you will get the easy beginner gains but that rate of gain won’t last for long.

Now if you are just looking to restore what you used to have and some extra girth that might not be to bad. Depending on how your body responds.

The noobie routine should help you with blood flow and very likely will get you to your goals.

However, in time you might find that your goals change.
Then you are going to have to decide how much of your life you want to devote to this.

Thanks for all the feed back guys. I feel like I am a part of a great community.

I’m 1 year younger than you Jamrock, like you I was kinda sceptical as you really do get jack shit for free in this day and age.
I lurked the forums for a while and dabbled slightly trying out things, I decided to join.. Watched the video techniques and commited to the newbie routine.. Since then I’ve developed my own routine and I’m growing beyond my expectations.

Oh, and the wife couldn’t be happier ;)
