Manual tunica work after hanging lig work
I’ve always been a hanger and have recently started doing tunica only work since my lot is around 7.30-6.00. Hanging in any other position than down or btc can be very tricky not to mention the fact that it takes quite a lot more weight for me to get fatigued, in fact I never really got fatigued before numbness set in.
Here’s the thing, I have contractors in my home doing some remodeling, so I can’t hang in the morning, so I decided to switch to manual stretching after the other half goes to bed before I go in myself. For the past week I’ve been Manual fulcrum stretching as hard as I can stand and holding the stretch for 30 seconds and ending the routine after 30 minutes. My shaft feels very tired and worn out after wards and has that post work-out ache like after I’ve been in the gym, which never happened when hanging. Here’s the best part, in just a week My flaccid stretched length has increased 1/8” (now at 7-5/8” fbpsl).
Have any other hangers tried this? I would strongly recommend Hanging for lig work until your lot is nice and low and then switch to manual exercises for your tunica work.
