Describe the routine

I have a question.. This is to be the first rotine to be used
Newbie Routine

But I don’t understand very well what is asked in that routine could some one explain me in what consists each exercice:

5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

I would be very grateful if someone could explain me very simple in what consists each exercice

I usually follow this—

10 mins of stretching under a hot shower.

Then jelq using baby oil(it’s very effective) for about 10 mins. Approx 200.

This warm down!! Using either a big cup(like the mikki D’s large cup filled w/ warm water).

Simple and effective. Usually 2wice a day.

Start: Dec 2004- 5.8in

Current- 6.1 in
