Hi everybody,

I wanna start PE but there is something that makes me mixed up. On the net, some of doctors say that vacuum pumps have side effects that, it makes the blood way reverse in the penis and may damage the valves of the veins in long term.

I am so unlearnt, correct me if ı wrong but ı think PE is something like vacuum pumping. I mean don’t both of them try to take the blood in the penis throughout to the head.

But it is said that PE increases erection quality. My thought is wrong then but can you tell me the difference between vacuum pump and PE.

And are there any guys here who really increased erection quality?

Yes, I increased my erection quality within the first few days/weeks and if you do it properly you end up with a better, fuller flaccid hang. If you don’t like the idea of pumping/jelqing then there are other ways of lengthening your unit like manual stretching. Check out the tutorials bro and good luck and take things slow.

Basically using a vacuum pump is PE too, you should know that doctors say it causes damage because they don’t want people to crank the vacuum and explode their penis. PE is safe, as long as you know what you are doing. First you should read a lot on this forum, starting in the tutorials and articles section. As you learn more about PE you can begin.

Now --> 6.125" BPEL x 5" EG

Goal --> 7" BPEL x 5.2" EG

Both jelqing and vacuum pumping increase blood flow to the penis, but by different methods.

Jelqing mechanically forces more into the penis kind of like forcing toothpaste out of the tube. Vaccum pumping sucks more blood into the penis kind of like sucking soda up a straw.

Either method, when done correctly, which means in moderation, can greatly increase both the size of your penis and erection quality. If you are doing either method and erection quality starts to decrease, it just means you are going overboard and you should reduce the intensity of your workout.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Do a ton of reading and educate yourself before starting. Then read about the Newbie routine, and just do that routine. Do not try to do anything advanced.

I do PE 3 times a week, and found a lighter is better method for myself.

Two thoughts of wisdom: If it hurts, you are not doing it right, and remember to do the warm up before exercising.
