So basically I joined the forum today and I made my first attempt at trying some of the techniques with caution. I’m a bit confused with kegels though. So what exactly are you trying to do. Do you just kind of squeeze the muscle that stops piss as if you were peeing? And if so do I do this flaccid or erect and it seems to me that it’s hard holding it for five seconds, meanwhile I’ve never had any problems with the pressure at which my semen came out.

Thanks I had only read the first link. I guess that helps but I still don’t know why it seems hard for me to hold the kegel for more than maybe 2 -3 seconds. I guess there’s something to work on.

I think I may know what you’re talking about. I’m quite new to these parts myself and have been reading a lot here over the last week or so. I started my newbie routine only yesterday evening and it all seemed to go quite well. When I came to do my kegels after my warm down I tensed the muscle but the pressure only seemed to last a second or two. After the first couple of seconds the muscle seems to relax itself, even though I’m still holding it. I can hold the kegel for five seconds but the pressure is greater in the first couple of seconds than it is in the remainder of the time. Maybe this is normal or maybe I just need to keep working on it.

You can’t hold it for five seconds? Well that’s why you’re doing it innit. You’re trying to hold it for five seconds at ‘full pressure’. Once you can do that you go to higher bounds, 10 seconds, 20 seconds, right the way up to five minutes or more. The point of kegels is to get that BC muscle (the muscle that stops piss) so strong you can EASILY hold back ejaculate the same way you would stop piss.

There are other benefits, like improved erections, increased sensitivity, ability to orgasm multiple number of times in the space of a minute, shooting ejaculate further distances, having a stronger ‘piss’ and being able to stop pissing at any moment. And maybe others I forget. (Edit: also fully body orgasms, and orgasms that last much, much longer than you would ever imagine.)

You can do it either erected or flaccid - doesn’t make a difference. Think about it. All you’re doing is training the muscle, like you would for example constantly kick in martial arts to make your leg muscle strong. You do 100 kicks just so you can do 10 no problem in a fight.

Thanks for the reply. It seems hard to put into words what happens when I try to do kegels. I can’t really explain it better than I have done above. Perhaps I’m being too fussy and I don’t have a problem at all. As the muscle is tensing up it can really feel it down there, but after the first few seconds it’s hard to feel whether I’m holding it or not.. Until I release it.
Take this for example: when I tense my bicep it actually feels tense and pressured until I release it. Somehow this doesn’t seem to be the case with my BC muscle.

I know the feeling. You’re doing good. If you keep working it, and giving it time to rest (I.E. don’t OVERWORK it) you’ll be able to feel it for longer and longer. I can ‘feel’ it holding (I know wat u mean by tat once again) nowadays for 5 minutes or more. It’ll take two months or so to get to this stage. Once you get there you don’t need to do as many kegels as you will now to get there, if you follow.

This advice may sound a little queer, but I got the idea from my wife. She now has great control over her pussy muscles - to squeeze my cock like a vice. Her gynacologits told her to get a dildo or viberator and put alot of lubevaseling on it, then insert it into either her asshole or her pussy and stand up and try to keep the dildo/viberator in her asshole and prevent it from slipping out by kegeling. So basically, the way the Kegels work is that you can get it to a point where you can hold an ejaculation by doing a kegel? The reason I ask is because I tried that and it just made me ejaculate even sooner.LOL

Lol. Yeh, that’s the main reason to kegel. In time you should be able to hold it back. I remember back when I started kegels (before I found PE) it seemed like an impossible task to hold back a load. But believe me, it’s very possible and not that hard at all. Keep at it man :)

You dont have to get a huge dildo, just a small one, that goes for the viberator too - just a small one.
