Confused on LOT..

Confused on LOT..

Im confused on the LOT theory.I lose tug at around 7:00,so do I stretch above or below 7:00(12:00 being stretched towards chest,6:00 being stretched toward floor,correct.)thanks.

The LOT theory is more for knowing WHY you want to stretch/hang AT WHAT ANGLE. below will attack the ligs more, and above will be the tunica. If you have a low LOT, there is probably little lig work to be done, and more gains should be experienced at higher angles.

I’m confused on the LOT theory as well. Standing up I lose tug at around 9:00 anything below 9:00 nothing no tug back at all. Above 9:00 mostly around 10:00 I get a fair amount of tug back. The higher I pull up towards the 12:00 the more the tug back I get. So what’s the deal? What do you recommend that I should do and why?

Thanks for answering me. But I really want to know why? Whats the reasoning behind your answer? I respect your opinion. I think his reasoning is that your ligs can still be stretched pretty effectively, so hit the ligs ie below your LOT angle.

mem is right. If you stretch at the 9:00 or above angle you will be stretching the tunica. Your LOT suggests you have short/tight ligs (Hence the high LOT), so if you can lengthen them, the inner penis will be pulled out and this is the quickest way for gains. The way to do this is by stretching down and BTC.
