OK, I don’t really understand how clamping would give you length gains. I can see how it would give you girth gains, but not really length. To me it seems like you would have to stretch the tendons. I do remember that having an erection for a long period of time may provide gains, but I don’t really understand how. Can anyone help me out on this?

Just similar like he penis expands to the sides, up and down when clamped, which aims for girth, it does the same on front which could lead to length gains. But for length there are better exercises though.

Clamping exerts pressure in all directions against the cavernosa and spongiosum. If the ligs are stretched before clamping, there is more chance of length gains from clamping. I still believe most length gains will come from lig work, but despite the widely accepted advice to work length until goals are reached, I believe it is best to work length and girth together, as girth work, especially clamping, makes the tunica more pliable and thus easier to stretch longitudinally as well as laterally.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
