Does anyone here get length gains from clamping?

I know clamping is tradtionally thought of as a girth exercise. Though I really haven’t gained any girth since I started seriously clamping about a month ago. However, I’ve gain approximately 1/4” in length from it. Anybody else have this effect, or something similar?

I also have noticed a length gain from clamping. I was growing very slow at around 7.5 ebp. Now from clamping and my pe routinue I jumped to 7.75 ebp but no girth yet. I don’t mind at all though any gain is a good gain. Clamping is so far the best feeling work out for me. The funny thing is that I gained .25 el in about 1-2 weeks from clamping. I just got a therP wrap for clamping which I think will work better than the mouse pad strip I’m using now.

I’m in the same boat. 1/4” in a relatively short period of time. I, also, agree, any gains are good gains. I went from 6” NBP to 6.25” NBP. I didn’t check the BP length, though.

haqss: You will love the wrap. The mouse pad works best for wet sessions because it is more rubbery than cloth-like: Use your mouse pad for clamping in the hot tub or when using lube for wet jelqs between sets. The pad strips are also good to use when clamping after a pump session and you are all lubed up. The mag-wrap works better for dry sessions, like Toilette Stall Ulis and when clamping at work where you can’t be messy.

I’ve gained quite a bit of flaccid length from clamping and wearing lead weights, but no noticeable erect length gains. But girth gains have been through the roof.

I took last night off from clamping. I sure can tell the differnce in my flaccid hang when I havnt clamped not as full or long. I think I’m going to lay off the clamping since I’m only .25 from my 8 ebp/7.5 npb goal. Then again I gained el while clamping so I may continue. Just trying not to stall out my EL gains. I’ve seen a minute gain in length from clamping. This is my favorite exercise and by far gives me the most PI’s. I got into this for length, but have gotten mostly girth. However, I’ve seen many threads saying that clamping will not give enough longitudinal pressure for length. I’m glad to see this thread and it’s implications say otherwise. I’m inclined to think clamping is like squeezing a balloon, it goes both out and up.

I would have to agree with the analogy of the balloon being stressed up & out. I do clamping almost exclusively and I’ve seen some gain in both length and girth. I’m waiting a month or two to meausure again to ensure these gains are permanent.

I can’t stress how much my flaccid has improved by clamping. I’ve always been a shower, but there’s certainly more showing now than ever before.

I’ve just started clamping myself, and I notice that if I measure while clamped I am a little longer than my best erect measurement. I believe length gains from girth work are probably due to increased head size, have you guys noticed a difference there?

Clamping is awesome so far, after 3 days of this and using the magnetic wrap as an ADS of sorts, there have been great differences in flaccid size, particularly flaccid girth. I’m hoping that with time this will lead to permanent increases in this area. I’ve head many people say they have better erections after doing girth work, but I have yet to notice this.

I can’t find the magnetic wrist raps anywhere. Where do you guys get them? HELP!!!

Whoa guys, had to revive this nearly dead thread. I haven’t poked my head into the main member forum for a while so U don’t know if this question has been brought up but did any of you measure your BPFSL before and after clamping? If so, please tell.
