I know this topic has been more than exhausted, but I am curious as to what people think about cementing gains. I am talking about the Wadzilla catastrophe. He said after 3 years of no PE he lost almost all of what he had gained. Does this disprove the cell division theory, has anyone went longer than 3 years without cementing. I am just curious.

Obviously we will all PE, and if you are like me, you will probably PE at least 1 time/week forever, but I want to know if it is possible to ever get permanent gains. Let’s say I PE’d and got 1.25-1.5 inch length, and 0.75 in girth after 2 years, and I only PE’d once for the rest of my life, would most of it stay?

How about if I did this for 2 years, and did a 3 year maintinece plan of 2-3 times (20 min) week, could I stop for the rest of my life with out losing more than 1/8th in each category.

Please for all you vets this is a very important question. Us newer guys need to know what we are getting into.

I imagine losing almost all of your gains would almost be worse than never finding PE, so I am wandering what ya’ll think.

I took what happened to Wadzilla in some ways a positive (not for him obviously, I feel very bad for his situation).

While he did lose his gains, he went three years without PE before he started to go back to normal size. I thought it would be alot less then that. Maybe even 6 months. Obviously the longer you PE the more chances they will stay for longer. However, it seems you can rest assured if you get sick, break your stretching/jelqing arm or have some other problem that stops you from PE’ing, that the sky isn’t falling down and there is hope at the end of the tunnel that you won’t lose gains before you are able to resume PE’ing again.

Keeping up a hardcore routine for life, would take some dedication that I don’t know if I have, but doing some light maintenance routine regularly would seem do-able.

About cementing, keep in mind that not even Pre PE size for non PE’rs can be cemented. As you age (especially into 40/50/60’s) your size can retract as a part of aging. Many older people report not having the same size as they did when they were in their 20’s. Also as you age, your erection quality can suffer so even PE’ing for erection quality, would be a good idea. The main theme as you age is use it or lose it.

I can only tell you about my experience.

I found out about PE about 4 and a half years ago and was pretty consistent with my routine for 4 months or so. In that time I think I gained something like 1.38” (in part as a result of better EQ). After that I did virtually no PE, except for 3 sessions that each lasted 2-3 weeks (those were spread throughout 4 years that passed since then) and I think they didn’t really account for anything. In those 4 years I lost less than 0.5” of my gains and some of it can be attributed to poorer EQ. 75% of those losses occurred in the first 3 months after stopping PE which leads me to believe that this loss was a result of gains that weren’t properly cemented. I should also point out that I continued doing kegels, but not consistently.

My routine included dry jelqing at first and later manual stretching and wet jelqing. I also did kegels.

I think wadzilla-type stories are rare and you shouldn’t be too worried about such things happening to you. If you want to be on the safe side you can do a 10-15 minutes maintenance routine. In my opinion that should be more than enough too keep your gains.

One more thing; from what I’ve read wadzilla reported a loss of only 1/4” in EL and 1/8” in EG over a period of 3 years. This could very well be a result of aging as CubanB has pointed out. More than a few people here said that their size shrunk up to an inch (maybe more) before they even knew that PE was possible.

I know by the age of fourteen, I was 7”. I can’t honestly say what I was at around the early 20’s. I know that I could place both hands around my shaft and my ex-wife, who admittedly had smaller hands, could put one of hers and half the other around it.

I never measured after my teen years until about 2004. I would say that I was my biggest by my early twenties. After years of smoking and the average weight gain in my thirties, I noticed that I seemed much smaller than years past. I measured and was just edging 6” on the seamstress tape. I measured girth, which I never even considered as a teen, and was 4.125”. I’m guessing it was about the same throughout life as I always felt long but thinner.

I started PE’ing (jelqing) and ordered an Andro-Penis. I quickly (about a year) gained back an inch of lost length and and went to 5” erect girth. I quit PE’ing for awhile (8 months or so) and I when I returned I had not lost any size length or girth. I started back to PE, primarily girth routine, and went to 5.25” erect girth in about 6 months. I quit PE for awhile again as I was changing careers and put PE on the back burner, again for about 6-8 months.

I returned and was 7” x 5.25”. I decided to jelq and start pumping. I gained to 5.375” in girth but lost length down to around 6.5” over a 6 month or so period. I focus on only girth though. I do not do any length exercises. I am confident that I can gain back my former length gains in short order with some length oriented stretching and/or hanging.

It should be noted though that my PE journey has always been aimed at primarily girth only. I believe re-gaining my length of past years is just that. It was not “new” length. I have never gained any measurable “new” length, but I have gained a mass of new girth!

Do any of you guys no who the biggest girth gainers ever were on this forum, have alot of guys gained over an inch or even 2 inches in girth at some point. Also, 9_in_R, those girth gains are very impressive, is it possible that you actually had more like 4.5 to start with in highschool and it shrank down o 4.125 with your length?

The two big girth gainers that I can remember of the top of my head are: Aristocane and Big Girtha.

It’s possible. I never measured girth back then. I was like everyone else on the planet “how big is your dick”? 7” long. No one ever thinks girth. “How big is your dick”? 5” in circumference! Know what I mean?

I know I was also long but not thick.
