Cementing Gains

Apparently you can loose your gains if you just stop PE.

Could someone tell me, when I reach my goal, what should I do so that I can stop PE and not loose my gains?

Current - NBPEL 6.9" x EG Base 6.2"

BPEL 7.4"

Goal - NBPEL 8.5" x EG 6.5"

This is called a cementing routine. What it means is continue doing PE at a lower frequency with less exercises and less time spend per exercise.

Example routine that you have been doing 6/1:

5x2 minutes of stretching
10 minutes of jelqing
10x10 sec Ulis
10x10 Sec horses

For instance to the cementing routine 3 times a week instead of 6 that you have been used too. Stretch 5x1 minute instead of 5x2 minutes than you have been used too and drop the Ulis and reduce the horses that you have been using to hit your girth.

Example cementing routine:

5x1 minutes of stretching
5 minutes of jelqing
5x5 sec of horses

(And how long do You think I have to work to get my goal measures, myself I motivated to work a ca 15 months, is that enough?)

The cementing routine should be performed for 3-6 months, then the gains are permanent. It is wise to do a maintenance routine after that though.

No one can predict how long it takes before you reach your goals Ares. There are simply to much factors that play a role.

What is a maintenance routine?

I am one who have lost gains. I injured myself hanging a couple years ago, I took approximately 6 months off and when I came back and started again, I had lost just under .375. Like bird2 said, it is wise to do a maintenance routine. I did absolutely noth during those 6 months.

I have reached my goal (7.5 x 5.6) and I am going to continue the same routine to gain maybe another .5 inches in both length and girth. That could possibly mean that my goal would be cemented.

Bird2, I did a search and I didn’t find anything with your measurements. If you do not mind, what are your measurements, cause gaining 2 inches in 16 months is excellent. Way to go!

I started with 16x14cm and am now 21x17cm. My goal is 22x17cm which I hope to reach soon.

Almost 20 months now, I hit a plateau after those 16 months which I stuck in for 4 months unfortunately :( . But those 4 months made sure that my gains are cemented now :) . I took a month off and am now back doing PE for 3 weeks.

I have no secret :) . But I can give you some tips. First you could try my routine out after you have finished the newbie routine. Next I’ll advice you to be determent, stay consistent with your routine and finish it everyday, even when you hardly have time. It would be wise to set a long term goal and take the time span that goes with it. If you want your ideal cock you should do the effort that is required to reach it.

So permanently cementing gains is indeed possible? When weight lifting, eventually your body will lose the muscle mass it has built up if you stop altogether. This process takes awhile, as I stopped lifting for a few months once, lost a lot of strength, but very little muscle mass. Is this the same with PE? I figure it might be totally different. Could you cement gains and then never PE again and keep them? I am not saying I would ever do this, as PE seems to be easier than weight lifting and I probably will weight lift for the rest of my life, so it doesn’t even seem like a big inconvenience.

Since the Penis is not a muscle I would say you’re comparing apples to oranges there.
