Can I do dry jelqs without warm-up
Since my wife and I eat, sleep and work together, stealth PE is a bit of a problem. Sometimes, if she runs to the store, I can get a heated stretch session in.
Out of frustration and wanting to keep my progress going, I’ve taken to doing a few non-warmed dry jelqs throughout the day. So far, so good as far as injury or pain is concerned. I’ve been doing PE about 6 weeks.
Do you guys think I can continue with non-warmed dry jelqs this way as long as I gradually increase number and intensity, or am I setting myself up for a problem?
Also, is there any diminishing return situation created by doing them without warm-up?
