Blasters and LOT?
Have been doing a basic starter routine of jelqing, JAI stretches and BTC stretches for around 4 weeks now and want to start to encorporate Blasters and Ulis into the mix.
However am a little unsure of how to execute the Blasters with respect to my LOT. With a LOT 0f around 9 I understand that I should concentrate on my ligs by doing mostly downward stretches. Are Blasters a predominantly Tunica stretching exercise? If not how do I go about executing the Blasters? In DLD’s instructions he states that one should lie on ones back and pull your penis up towards your chest - A stretch that does not hit my ligs. Can you perform the blasters so they hit the ligs?
