DLD Blasters Downward stretching
I have an extremely high LOT (11:00, if not higher). So, from the posts I’ve read here, the best way to attack it is by downward stretching. What would be the best way to stretch in this direction? I like the DLD blasters method, but don’t really know how to stretch downward with it. The A stretch and such don’t allow me to get a good enough downward pull.
Would it be efficient enough to just grab behind the head and pull straight down, while sitting, and perform the blasters this way? If not, what do you think is the most effective downward stretch?
Also, wouldn’t it make sense to attack both the ligs _and_ the tunica. If they’re expanding in equal proportions, wouldn’t it result in greater gains, as well as help to keep my LOT high (I’ve read on here that someone was able to raise their LOT by stretching the tunica.)
