I just want to add to this and say that she doesn’t have purely vaginal orgasms even now. What she means is that she can have an orgasm during intercourse without me using my hand at the same time to make her climax, but the stimulation is still external as she has learned to grind her hips into me to provide the clitoral stimulation she requires to orgasm.

I have never been with a girl that could have a purely vaginal orgasm (one devoid of all external stimulation). I’m not saying it can’t happen, just that I have never experienced it. It is, however, my experience that all females can learn to have a “hands free” orgasm during intercourse if there is no pathology present (no abuse or irregular anatomy/physiology). And I was always big (able to reach the cervix with every partner) even before PE, so it has not been my experience that penis size either adds to or takes away from the PHYSICAL mechanics of orgasm - in all cases if a partner did not already understand how to have an orgasm during intercourse she had to learn, it was not gifted to her through sheer size. Though I think it can have a psychological effect if the girl is in to it or feels like it “should” feel better being penetrated by a larger penis.

gottagolarger, my advice would be ask your wife nicely to put away the vibrator for a while and get used to the (less intense) stimulation of touching and grinding during intercourse. When Rycbar and I started having sex her only experience of orgasm was through a back massager - that is like trying to shoot a marmot with an anti-aircraft gun, it took a while for the desensitization to pass so she could orgasm easily through hands and mouths. But I think it is a rewarding experience, and now she only uses the massager on her back. ;)

A small study indicates that ultrasound can show whether you have a "G spot" and are capable of vaginal orgasms. <study is linked at the article>

Key finding: "Women with a thicker urethrovaginal space were more likely to experience vaginal orgasm." (Definition: "an orgasm triggered by stimulation of the front vaginal wall without any simultaneous stimulation of the clitoris.")

Enthusiastic conclusions:

1) A scan can show whether you have a G spot.
2) If you don’t, you can’t have vaginal orgasms.
3) This is an anatomical fact, so don't fret that there's something you should be doing to change it.
4) In fact, it's probably genetic.
5) So don’t let the evil drug industry accuse you of sexual dysfunction.
6) However, if you do have a G spot, you might be able to make it bigger with testosterone.

Critiques:

1) The "thicker urethrovaginal space" may in fact be part of the clitoris.

Sta-Kool, I would say that is probably the case considering my experiences and what I have read. Also, the fact that they can’t identify an exact mechanism for strictly vaginal orgasms isn’t promising either. I would venture to guess that it is a very small subset of women indeed who can climax that way.

Phoenix7672, my current stats are 9.125” BPEL, 5.25” MSEG, ~6.5” FL. These are the only ones I keep track of. I have never measured NBPEL, I would guess it is around 8” as I have a pretty decent pad there even though I’m not overweight at all, might be a genetic thing, I have really thick skin in general.

I’m confused as to what this is saying. Also, when it says “if you have a G spot”, is that saying that some ladies don’t have one at all? I thought all females had that.

Genetics play a role in everything aside from penile size. Your fat pad is not genetic, I don’t think. But having flat abs is a genetic trait, not everyone is built to have them. :) Why would you keep track of NBPEL when you’re fucking most guys go all the way in.

No problem. I actually appreciate the input.

I know that some women are geared for vaginal only, but a majority are not. Not being on the huge side myself, the curiosity is if size helps the stimulation.

And honestly, if my wife needs the vibe to climax, I am okay with that. Her pleasure is more important than mine. It is the reason I PE: To provide her more and better sensations. No reason to have a showpiece cock for any other reason than her enjoyment.
