For Active Isolated stretches, the important point is to concentrate on the out breath. The body relaxes more easily while breathing out (try holding your breath and you will feel your body tense up, then release your breath and feel it relax!). You want to increase the stretch on the out-breath.
My preferred way is to stretch slowly (over 20-30 seconds) until my penis reaches a comfortable full stretch, (that is when it feels at full length but not being stretched hard). I hold at that level of stretch, breathing normally, until my penis feels comfortable and relaxed at that level of stretch. Then as I come to the next out-breath, I breathe out more slowly, while steadily increasing the stretch until I can feel more stretch again. Then I breath normally, concentrating on relaxing into the feeling of stretch on each out-breath, even when not increasing the stretch. When it feels like my penis has relaxed into that level, I breathe out slowly again, increasing the stretch.
So I am using the out-breath to relax into the stretches. You can experiment with relaxing the stretch quite a bit between ‘breath-out;increase stretch’, which would make it more of a typical JAI stretch. I usually prefer to keep the stretch on.
Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
